West Palm Beach Marriott

We stayed one night in February, with two adults and two teenagers. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, nice and even upgraded us to a newly renovated room on the top floor (Marriott Bonvoy member), which doesn't happen very often anymore! We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and although the shuttle was fully booked for the morning (we had some flight troubles so drove from Miami to West Palm for an early morning flight), we were easily able to order an Uber for a 4:00am pickup. I would definitely stay again. We were able to have a glass of wine on the outside courtyard, which was decorated tastefully and comfortably. Once the mosquitos arrived, we were comfortable in the lobby. The restaurant onsite is good too.

The staff was very helpful. We originally booked for one night but our flight was delayed and we had to stay over , even though they said they were fully booked, they found üs a room and gave üs a complimentary breakfast because the concieger lounge was closed on the weekend. The room was beautiful.

The customer service at this Hotel is amazing! Would like to commend Hennessy, Gabriel, Eric and Tyrell for making a great experience even better! The concierge lounge is great and the quality of the health club is a pleasant surprise! The shuttle service always impresses us every time we stay here!

Great hotel, great experience! Gabriel was a boss and a great representative of the Marriott brand. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and the meeting spaces were top notch. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the West Palm Beach area! Matt Fagiana

At check-in I met Tyrell who won above and beyond to make sure my room was ready. I really appreciate him going extra mile to make certain I could check in on time. Everything else about the Marriott West Palm Beach was as expected. Thank you for making my stay seamless.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice now for business. The location is very convenient. The area is nice and quiet. The facility is clean and well appointed. The guest services are exceptional! I know I will misspell her name, but I have to share an experience I had on 1/29/25 with Myrelanda. Very long story, but I found myself searching for ice and finding a temporarily down ice machine. Just then, a wonderful employee saw me. She could have easily walked away, as I was a bit is a distance from her and she was actively working on something. Instead she asked me what was wrong. She then took the ice bucket from me, asked my room number, and said she would get me some ice from another floor and bring it to my room. She showed up at my door just moments later. I deeply appreciated her kindness and willingness to offer help proactively. She made a long travel day a bit more comfortable, and she did it all with a warm smile and kind words.
