Was clean and workers were kind

Close to airport but nothing around within walking distance. Shuttle service us so inconsistent, still had to do Ubers. The room was fine but lobby is being remodeled which they don't tell you before. Won't go back.

Prima hotel

I never write bad reviews, but our experience at this Delta Hotels property was so disappointing that I feel other guests deserve to know what happened. During our stay, we experienced cockroaches in the room, extremely poor air conditioning on the top floors, and major maintenance and safety concerns. At one point, a gazebo fell onto an area where a guest was sitting behind my wife. Thankfully, we were not seriously injured, but seeing something like that happen was extremely concerning. We also had to go to Guest Services three separate times to change rooms because of the problems we were experiencing. On top of that, only 1 of the 3 elevators was working, creating long waits and making the overall experience even more frustrating. The moment that really ended our stay was when my 6-year-old daughter found a cockroach in the bathroom. She innocently said, “Dad, there’s an ant in our room.” It wasn’t an ant. It was a cockroach. As a parent, that was the last thing I wanted my child to encounter while on vacation. We ended up leaving and going to an Embassy Suites because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. I have pictures documenting what we experienced because pictures don’t lie. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were still waiting for Marriott corporate to acknowledge the issues we reported, and we never received the response we expected. The one positive thing I can say is that we initially booked two rooms for four days, but we were only charged for one room for three days, which I appreciate. I want to be clear: I am not writing this review to make money. My wife and I are doing just fine financially. This is about accountability and making sure other families know what they may encounter. Delta Hotels carries the Marriott name, and honestly, this experience was embarrassing for the brand. Marriott has built a reputation that people trust, and properties operating under that name should meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and customer service. I hope Marriott and Delta Hotels take these concerns seriously—not just for our family, but for the next family that walks through those doors.

I stayed at this hotel for several days and, unfortunately, I have several concerns to share. There appeared to be only one elevator available for both guests and employees. As a result, staff members transported supplies, housekeeping carts, and garbage in the same elevator used by guests, which was unpleasant and inappropriate for a hotel. The mornings were extremely noisy. The housekeeping staff made a considerable amount of noise while working, which prevented me from resting and sleeping properly. The restaurant was also disappointing. The food was overpriced for the quality offered, and it took far too long to arrive, even when the restaurant was practically empty. The breakfast was not very good either. On one occasion, I waited approximately 15 minutes for an espresso because the breakfast employee appeared to have forgotten my order. Additionally, the young woman serving breakfast did not clear the dishes from my table or inform me that breakfast service had ended. Since I needed to work, I had to do so with all the breakfast dishes still on the table, which was uncomfortable and showed a lack of attentiveness. The same employee was wearing an earbud while she continued serving guests, which I found very unprofessional. The front desk employees were frequently absent from their area. On several occasions, I had to wait several minutes to receive assistance with matters related to my room. The curtain in my room appeared to have mold or a similar substance on it. This was very unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. I was also disappointed with the restaurant service during the evening. While preparing a drink, I saw a waiter touch his hair and then handle a lemon with his bare hands without washing them. His appearance was also unprofessional, as his long hair looked unkempt. In addition, I found his manner of speaking disrespectful because he used profanity in Spanish. Employees should be mindful of their language when speaking in front of guests. When explaining the dishes, he did not make eye contact, appeared distracted, and gave the impression that he was not familiar with the menu. He also did not know which wines were available, so a female employee had to explain which wines they had and which ones they did not. In the end, she was the one who took over serving me. Additionally, the waiter did not clearly inform me that the gratuity was already included. On previous days, other employees had either mentioned it or pointed it out on the receipt, but this waiter did neither. Management should place greater emphasis on hospitality, hygiene, professional appearance, proper uniforms, and employee grooming. Staff members should also receive adequate training so they are familiar with the menu and can confidently answer guests’ questions. Employees represent the hotel, and guests should be able to expect attentive, respectful, and professional service. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave me

Delta Hotel WPBeach is a really lovely hotel -- the layout, decor and cleanliness of public spaces, including the pool are welcoming and invite spending time here. Rooms and amenities in the rooms were all very fine. Attentive, friendly and professional members of staff in all areas of service: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant. Joseph in The Dive Bar was one of our favorites! His attention to our needs was exceptional. All the food and drink we ordered was really very good. I have some concerns about how much 'rope' guests were allowed in terms of 'smoking' and also 'partying' in the pool area, including setting up their own music system that significantly imposes itself on other guests' experience. The pool is clean and special. All guests wish to have a personal experience there but these aspects seems to take advantage and felt disrespectful to a shared space.
