Comfort Inn

First at check in we got the keys, when we got to our room the room door was left open. Went back to the front desk because I didn’t feel safe staying in the open room with my daughter alone. Got another room which was on Thursday floor, when I got to the room I noticed most of the things are not clean then I went to use the rest room… the toilet seat had hair and pee’s dry stain on the back of the toilet seat. Went to front desk right away dropped the key and left the hotel. Went to Fairfield and spent the night there.

We were very pleasantly surprised! Way better than expected....basic but very clean and neat and quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Delighted to find it had a restaurant there and even more impressed with the quality of the food! Steak was excellent and so was hubby's Philly steak and salad.. Even had a beautiful view out the restaurant window of nice landscaping and birds at bird feeders....food and view were delightful! Happy they had a fitness center as well! Highly recommended!

We checked in at 10pm and had a good night sleep. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Coffee in room and in lobby. Front desk was pleasant on checking in and checking out. Easy to get on and off the interstate, get gas and breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

Went to the room to find the door open. Looked around to make sure it was okay and still cleaned and untouched. Went to the desk to find out that the cleaning crew left the door open as they were waiting on linen. Room was comfortable but when I went to sit on the couch it was covered with hair. People without pets should not be put in rooms that pets are allowed in! Other than that the room was comfortable. There was a few blemishes but that happens.

Room was dirty and had a weird smell. Bug traps in room full of roaches. Fridge also did not work and the bathroom definitely needs a good cleaning. The rooms should be cleaned shou be cleaned better especially with the amount of pets that stay there also.Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Stayed here before and had hoped some of the construction would be over but definitely not. Mess still in front and definitely in need of serious updating inside. Close to highway exit so good for traveling location. This is a very busy hotel with lots of workers in the area staying. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was on the 3rd floor and I would have asked for another room but figured it would have been the same so for one night it was ok. Not the cleanest of rooms, rug stained, furniture gouged and stripped in spots, fridge was iffy working but coolish, bathroom fan sounded like a plane & the auto-lite was quite annoying especially in the middle of the night it would light up & fan goes off, no printed TV guide which is always confusing but TV worked, microwave did work, had only push toiletries on the wall (ugh), & kinda musty smelling. Thought it was more like a lower level hotel. They do have a restaurant on site but did not try. Breakfast was decent with lots of options but they need more toasters as there was a bottleneck with everyone waiting to use. Think I will check out another Choice hotel (elite member) in the area on my next trip.

Inn was clean and neat, even though under renovation. Front desk was very friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was not open, we did look at the menu, several options. Breakfast had a variety. Would definitely go back.

Except for toilet paper debris on the floor in the bathroom, the room and common areas were clean and well appointed. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and drinks and there was an attendant keeping things stocked and in order. The check-in and out was fast and the staff friendly and helpful.

Stopped there in May 2022 because it was pet-friendly and everything else was booked. The best thing about this hotel was the pleasant friendly young man at the front desk. The outside was undergoing a major renovation in front of the main lobby which we didn't mind. The hallways were dark and dingy and the room worse. The room was old, dark, musty, yuk! We would have left if there was somewhere else to go. I don't understand how this hotel gets a "top rated" designation. It needs major updating.
