Beach House Inn

Let me start by saying I did NOT stay, after seeing it I left & went elsewhere. If you want to see real-time pictures go see my Google Review of this space! At first Host was nice, agreed to early check-in because room was ready. I ended up coming late & what I found was pretty appalling! When I got there the front door was unlocked & standing open. There's duct tape holding bathroom tiles up, floors are water damaged / stained, there was NO lock on the kitchen door so anyone could walk in from the beach. The furniture was dirty, & this place looks NOTHING like the pictures. When I told Host I didn't feel safe there, he made fun of me, gas lit the concerns & said "I can't help you - leave" but then no refund, even partial was offered. I read the reviews & they were good so no clue who all those people are or if they indeed stayed there (owner is a Realtor so maybe their friends?) Bottom line this location is lower than a CRASH PAD or Hostel - not a clean nor safe space to stay!
