Arrived after a long drive, and met the amazing Trudy on the reception, we wanted to catch the bus into town, she got the timetable up and printed it off for us, and couldn't be more helpful, and has a good sense of humour, she is a real asset to this Travelodge

Our family 3 night stay here start with a wonderful receptionist called Trudy. She was so welcoming and was quick with our check in. She’s also been great at making sure we are comfortable and well supplied with teabags ( I drink a lot of tea) Nothing is too much bother. The lodge is very nice. Cosy beds, fluffy pillows as advertised, great shower and clean!! Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast boxes. We would certainly come back here, just hope Trudy is still here, not many like her in hospitality anymore 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A great place to stay. Very close to the M5 and other places. A pub next door to get food or a short bus ride into Wellington to see the town.

Ideal place to break a journey, the rooms were clean and the staff were welcoming, the water pressure could do with being increased especially for long haired people, could also do with air conditioning

The carpet didn't smell really nice bu t the rest was good. Don't recommend to pay for the breakfast box to go.

We use this travelodge all the time, we have such an an amazing experience when we stay here. Nicky and Trudy the receptionists are so welcoming , helpful and I think they deserve a big pay rise, for what the do here. Rooms are so clean and tidy and we have clean towels daily. Nicky and Trudy are ambassadors for the travelodge change.

Did not know what to expect when arriving at this budget hotel but very pleasently surprised, check in very easy, rooms very clean and all staff very polite helpful and friendly. Pub and resturant next door for food and drink, also kfc, mc donalds costa coffee, and a shop in the garage. The only fault I can make about the room is that there could be a soft close toilet seat. If down that way again would certainly stay here again.
