Couldn't fault the stay at all! All staff were extremely helpful and polite. A few to special mention; Matt, Bex P, J&Babz, Sue and Jen! Can't thank them enough although I travelled and stayed here solo, they made me feel at home, welcome and also I didn't feel alone with them around ❤️

Silvia amazing woman couldn't do enough very good at her job very attentive nothing is a bother. Place very clean and tidy overall an amazing experience would defo come back staff (siliva) amazing we got locked out of are room (being drunk) and no bother giving us a new key very pleasant and handled with compasion overall amazing woman legend!!!! Knows the craic (lreand)

Spent the weekend with family meeting some new and old. Fabulous lady on reception who helped us with checking in, Babs you are a lady! Then the bar man Milo went above and beyond for us girls to make sure we were well looked after with drinks and food. These were only the first of the staff we met and everyone was fantastic but these 2 definitely made our trip memorable from the get to!

Friendly helpful staff providing great service throughout my stay. Jo on reception and Babs in the bar cafe made me feel at home. Room was clean and well presented. Parking was limited but the hotel is easily located with plenty of places to eat with a shopping mall within a 5 minute walk from the hotel

People permanently live in the hotel. Washing hanging from the windows and kids constantly running around. Waited 20 minutes to check in as the reception was empty! Bedding smelt clean but was covered in dark hairs!

Nice stuff,helps you whatever you need,Bab's and Jo are superb ,smiling,helpful, kind,love it Hotel its like a hotel,like others,nice pub,ext. Would like to come back next time,see you soon, there is happy hour 5pm to 7pm in the evening..

Very friendly and welcoming staff, always happy to have a chat. Rooms are comfy. Food is good and we'll priced. Good location, central and close to where we wanted to be. Good value for money. Only drawbacks were paying for parking and being so close to the main road which was quite noisy through the night.

Met with a really pleasant welcome at reception. Room was spotless, smelt lovely and fresh. Matt was great on the first night and help me switch room due to a noisy neighbour. Leeann and babita were top notch on the bar service. Full of conversation and 10/10 service.
