Absolutely appalling Must have been 30 seats available but they couldn’t accommodate 1person to eat Don’t have 79 covers if you can not cover them Simple When I pointed out there where at least 30 seat not filled I was informed they were set up for breakfast 😩😩 Staying in the hotel but but didn’t really care Service at the bar was so slow I could have walked home 120 miles and still been served quicker I stay away for work all the time in Premier Inn but will never come back to this one Hotel was fine staff really great The pub was probably one of the worst I have ever been too Sort you self out and respect the customers from the hotel Absolutely appalled Ended up with a takeaway

Brilliant service, friendly and polite staff who assisted me when I needed support and was always there to help. Thankyou! The rooms and reception were very clean and the vending machines were so helpful when needing some snacks❤️ definitely be staying here again

Rooms were very clean making my stay comfortable and staff are lovely. 100% recommend for a comfortable stay. Budget friendly, condiments available, activities available for children during main events & reasonable prices for good standard food.

Beautiful service. Stayed one night absolutely perfect. The food was well priced and budget friendly and tasted great. The room was nice and clean ready for me and the bed was nice and comfortable had great night sleep plenty pillows and supply of treats and condiments

Went for a conference at Bethel. Only 2 miles away and much better value than the hotel they'd done a deal with. Everything you'd expect. Plenty free parking, good breakfast, clean and comfy, staff helpful with queries and friendly at check-in.

This Premier Inn is always clean and tidy. Good shower, temperature of rooms is reasonable, and everything works! The rooms are what you’d expect from a Premier Inn . The team are friendly and super helpful. Always happy to stay here as it’s a typical Premier Inn - I know exactly what I’m getting!

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Just let down by the availability of evening food service from the table table adjoined. As it ended at 8:45pm. As a quick stop before travelling to the airport the next day it met our needs. I would stay again in the future if I was visiting the local city.

Very convenient location near M5 and M6, also only 5 mins walk from tram stop to Birmingham. Very friendly welcome and quick to sort room out. Room was very quiet , in fact whole location is quiet (apart from the geese!). Room comfortable and clean with excellent heating - would recommend

Stayed here because I was attending a conference nearby. Very good Premier Inn. Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast The rates were value for money and the hotel is near to the M5 sovery convenient. Iwould happily stay here again if I was in the area.
