"Was here for a Davos / world economic forum event. The staff are shockingly bad. Catering staff standing doing nothing while coffee and tea pots are empty - making noise, talking during a roundtable: this was by far the absolutely worse display of incompetence I have ever seen in a catering team. The toilets (which were way too few!) in the public areas were dirty, lacking toilet paper and hand wash. For what companies pay to use this venue this is an utter disgrace."

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the station mostly downhill. We called hotel when we arrived and they sent staff to pick us up within 5 minutes. Breakfast and dinner also very good."
