Quality Inn Wenatchee-Leavenworth

The shower was awesome and so was the bed. I slept like a baby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable. The room surprisingly quiet considering the location so close to a highway. The room was old but clean until I used the bathroom. The tub walls looked clean but there was mold growing in an areas that were not visible unless you were in the tub. The breakfast area was FILTHY with spilled food everywhere, the covers over the so called "hot dishes" were broken and the eggs and sausages cold and the little "cupcake muffins" were as hard as rocks.

Unsanitary conditions across the board. Rooms smelt like rotten food, fridges all had nasty old spilt food, dirty, dusty, nasty carpet and walls. Toilets clogged, sinks backed up with other rooms water.

Our stay was fine. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. What we weren’t leased with was how RUDE people are. From 6:30am people yelling in the halls, kids running up and down the halls screaming at each other. These people/parents should ALL be ashamed of themselves, you don’t act that way in a hotel while others are still sleeping. And the hotel should do better about controlling this. I know for a fact they could hear it because I could hear it when we checked out. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, this was by far the worst.

Concerned about whether the room had been cleaned enough. Had issue with toilet where we had to keep closing drain in tank. I asked if I could use the public restroom in the lobby but was told it was not working. I was promised someone would come up "right away" but that did not happen. the toilet seemed to be fixed when we came back at the end of the day. Bed was comfortable enough. there was a lot of noise in the guest parking area in the wee hours, perhaps a large truck with a loud engine.

I’ve never had worse customer service. Arrived for check in a few minutes after 4pm and there was no one at the desk, only a sign that said they had to step away and to use the phone provided to call someone. I called multiple times and no one answered. Eventually, a young woman in an oversized hoodie popped her head around the corner and said someone would be there soon, she was just going to the bathroom. I waited more and no one came. I called out to the girl in the other to say I’d like to check in. She rolled her eyes and gave an audible sigh, and reluctantly check me in, answering my questions in a condescending tone. The room was clean but the heater only blew hot air at max speed, no matter what setting was used. I tried to call down to have someone fix it but of course, no one answered. It was either cold or super warm in our room for both days and none of us really slept well. The day we arrived, the halls and stairways reeked of urine; second day it smelled like urine and perfume. The tap took 5+ minutes of running before the water got warm. The coffee maker in our room was broken. The breakfast wasn’t anything special. There was a LOT of garbage in the parking lot. Upon check out at around 9:30am, we were hoping to voice our disappointments but as expected, there was no one at the desk to check us out. After calling a few times on the phone and being ignored, we left our keys on the counter.
