Stayed there for 2 consecutive days, it's great place to live in. Quite homely place

Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

Very good customer service , neat and it was also close to the train station and even restaurants around. It has a mini kitchen, fridge and they also provided water daily and tea with milk. Someone I would like to go again

Staff were amazing. Hotel was Spotless. Location for football was incredible, 1 minute walk from Wembley way. 4 minutes from Wembley central underground station. Parking available. Beds were comfy. We arrived 4hours earlier than check in, we left our car there & went into London... came back to excellent family room... spotless. Woke up next day & left our car there while we went to the cup final. No parking charge We will be returning

We always stay here for our London theatre or O2 concert visits. Underground is really close and Uber pick up is just outside the hotel. Staff are all lovely with a special mention to Jacintha at breakfast. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable.

I enjoyed staying in your hotel but the room was cold especially the window is not good fix & not warm enough. We left after midnight. No one at the reception so I left the keys on reception table. In future I will book you again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great hotel The hotel was well situated in Wembley, close to our family and the tube station. Accommodation was great, clean and everything provided. Our train was cancelled so we rang on the day and they were able to offer a free parking space for the 3 days. We will book again and fully recommend the hotel

Its a house just down the way I was called by the reception who told me that he was leaving and thus there would be no reception /yet the hotel says it's open to 11. This tainted my view /it's a house on the street and while the rooms are clean the garden my view was a meas/ it's a budget option for Wembley /another annoying thing was in the morning could not find any where open other than mcd /overall it's OK clean rooms but no facility as such

Lovely modern room with a kitchenette. Very clean and convenient for Wembley Stadium & Arena events, literally a 5 minute walk. Felt like the owners have really made an effort to make it a comfortable stay.

Although the T&Cs dictate that there are no refunds, booking wrote to this establishment to ask if it would be possible to make a refund on this occasion due to the circumstances. Unfortunately I have been grappling with mental health issues and as a consequence had lost my job, as a result both myself and partner were extremely upset and worried and needed every penny to pay bills, so asked if we could cancel and asked for a refund, the hotel flatly refused and wouldn’t even entertain the idea, if this is the level of customer service and understanding I wouldn’t set foot in this place if you paid me.
