I am absolutely disgusted at the standard of the room, firstly the toilet was filthy my partner had to clean this himself, there is shower gel all over the wall with a razor and nail file on top of the shower unit which is Not ours so clearly this had not been cleaned the sink was dirty so we did not even attempt to shower or wash as there is no way I was stepping foot in there, the tea and coffee was awful the 1 tea bag was open the milk is out of date and the coffee sachets are also over 1 year out of date. When we returned to the room we were greeted by the noise from the party below which was horrendous. We tried to book somewere else but all was fully booked we tried to get a train back home but were unable to so we had no option to stay. I am aware that the room is cheap however the standard and cleanliness is disgusting and we will definitely not be returning. We were in room 4.

Stayed here for the weekend, rooms were clean and tidy with tea & coffee if we required. Staff were very friendly and only too happy to help with any request we had. The food was superb, so good we ended up eating here both nights of our stay, the staff will cater for any requirements that they are able to. Only a short walk from Wembley tube station and around a 30 minute walk to wembley stadium.

booked hotel for 2 night stay in London with my Son for his birthday. Did not stay for 2nd night as it was so dirty & there were health & safety concerns. Tried to speak to staff but never came. AWFUL

Descusting gray carpets are black with dirt it's a health hazard avoid like covid no toilet paper 2 single beds no double as ment to be tv didn't work I couldn't even stay and had to drive home it was so bad
