Well resourced room. close to bus station. I messed up with key and they sorted me out quickly.

Waiting for refund... room was dirty and unhygienic was not willing to stay there .awaiting refund for cancelation

Good location, big area with all we needed. Price was really good value, everything worked. All slightly dated but all very comfortable. Thank you!

Was expecting a four star place to stay for a night or two but instead something worse. The place had evidently not been cleaned since the last person, as the floor was dirty. Had a shower, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and a small flatscreen tv from the early 2000s with sky. A lot of stuff was broken. The showerhead kept falling off its latch, my bedroom clock was stuck and the fridge light wouldn’t turn on. I stayed in an apartment in a small bedroom evidently not suited for habitation has it had no natural light, a power switchboard, no heating, no air-conditioning, and the only option for ventilation was a small fan that you had to plug in yourself and leave the door open. Owner was troublesome and we couldn’t call to find out where our carpark was that we had specifically arranged prior. Don’t bother

Terrible.. filthy unit. Not cleaned properly if cleaned at all. Dirty cutlery in drawers.. beach tops greasy in kitchen.. shower unit had black mould in corners and dirty shower tray...kitchen sink had dirty water in it..cups and glasses not clean.. disgusting.. bathroom vanity..paint chipped and old grimy surfaces Manager aggressive and wouldn't give me any refunds for 3 nights.. I had planned to stay.. I couldn't stay in the unit.. it was musty and mouldy smelling.. would never recommend this dump to anyone.. the management were hostile and dismissive.. the place is run down and misrepresented in ads.

Where do you start? Someone else's sock in the bed, hairs (not mine) on the bathroom floor, cups so stained you cant drink out of them, heater fell off the wall, everything stained from sofa, curtains, carpets. And the smell. Aaron after I moved out he had somewhere more to my liking. Its not about liking, its about basic cleanliness and this place was filthy.
