This home is gorgeous and comfortable. There were lots of private seating areas. The bedroom was spacious and immaculate. Location is great. There is a view of the water and it’s a short walk to good restaurants. The hosts were gracious and helpful. They were quick to respond to questions before our arrival. I haven’t written a review in years, but this may have been the nicest place we have stayed at. Outstanding!

This is such a lovely spot in Welland and we were superbly looked after by Kristin and Katherine the owners. A great century old home so thoughtfully restored and decorated with modern bedrooms and bathrooms and the breakfast made for us was absolutely amazing! What a great find for us in the region and very central to our day trips.

Stayed here for seven days while in the area for a conference. An exquisite bed and breakfast decorated with thoughtfulness and so much attention to detail. The owners are wonderful, warm, extremely hospitable, and offered great recommendations for dining and exploring the area. Breakfast every morning was delicious and varied—a real treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Rose Manor and are thrilled we chose it for our trip. A truly lovely experience!

Kristen and Kathryn have a wonderful home. They are new to the business but you wouldn't know by how thoughtful they were in setting up their B&B. Rooms are spacious and well thought out. Very clean. Had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They offered us some great suggestions for dinner close by. Breakfast hit the spot as we were headed back home afterwards. Book with confidence.

My partner and I spent 5 days at the Rose Manor and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The new owners, Kristen and Kathryn have done an incredible job renovating and re-decorating the historic house while keeping the original old-timey charm. The outdoor areas are wonderful for summer, there is a porch with a view of the canal and a more private terrace in the garden. The indoors are cozy and welcoming - made us want to come back for winter! The rooms are comfortable, clean and private. Breakfasts are delicious, and use local ingredients and homemade baked goods. The area has a lot to offer and the hosts have great recommendations!
