"I had one night at this property, between Hertenstein and Weggis in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. While the property is not lake-front, it is very close to the lake, and has a bit of an elevated hill-side location, making the lake vista even more beautiful. There is a small road separating the hotel and the lake, but luckily there's very little traffic and noise from the road. I had booked an 'Arven' room with a balcony and view of the lake. Indeed, the view was pretty spectacular, and really allowed you to take in the stunning nature of the area. I was able to check in pretty early in the day, which was much appreciated, and I was offered a free drink (I chose Prosecco) as a welcome. I also got a free snack in the room as a welcome, and there's a mini bar as well, albeit a bit pricey. The bathroom was also nice and pretty spacious. The hotel features a very nice outdoor and indoor pool, and there's a spa area where you can book massages and such. There's also saunas available and various other spa facilities. It was slightly cold during my visit, so the heated pool was much appreciated and it was lovely to enjoy the stellar view of the lake from the pool. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner on site (mostly because there's not many dining options within walking distance) but all was great, and service from staff was perfect. After dinner, I got some incredible pictures of the view, and also realized that the hotel has an area on the other side of the road, right by the lake, with chairs and a nice place to enjoy the view, literally right by the lake. I believe you can also use the restaurant and facilities at their sister property next door, Gerbi. The area itself is very quiet and uneventful. There is an indoor pool at Lido across the street, and the small city of Weggis (where you can also take the boat to Luzern) is maybe a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, an amazing hotel with great service from the staff. It shows that it's a family-run property and that they want to make every guest have a great experience."

"Erittäin mukava hotelli järven vieressä ja lähellä Cable auton asema Rigi Mountain, 5 km raide junaasemalla. Hyvin lämmin ystävällinen työntekijät. Hyvin maukasta aamiaista, jossa on ruskea leipää ja risteytystä. Oli sääli, että saapuimme hotelliin myöhään ja lähdimme aamulla, joten voimme vain saada muutaman tunnin päivävalojärven näkymä. Olin epäröinyt valita tämän hotellin koska huone on ilmoitettu vain 12 neliömetriä, mutta kun menimme sisälle löysimme sen on kaksinkertainen tämän ilmoitetun pinta-alasta. Wish Hotel ja Trip.com voisi korjata tämän virheen ja antaa tämän hotellin ansaitseman huomiota."

"Hotellin sijainti on täydellisesti kaunis ja kätevästi lähellä julkista liikennettä. Tämä sisältää veneet, jotka kulkevat eri matkan järvellä. Hotellin palvelu oli erittäin hyvä ja haluaisin erityisesti mainita Kenny vastaanotto, joka oli iloinen mennä ylimääräinen kilometri. Ruoka oli hyvä ja ihana aamiainen buffet on tarjoiltu. Kahvi oli hyvä, risteykset ja leipä tuore, ihana valinta hyvälaatuista jauhoa, yksinkertaisesti erinomainen. Niille, jotka halusivat, siellä oli jopa savustettu lohi ja tietyin päivin lasi kupla!! Haluaisin myös mainita kaksi naista, jotka juoksevat “aamiaista” ja pitää asiat puhtaana ja tuoretta. Kiitos."

"Upea vuoristohotelli, jossa on uskomaton näköala. Varasimme huoneen parveke ja kuuma tubi ja istui ja näki kaunis järvi ja laakso. Se on viisi minuuttia kävelymatkan kaapeliasema Rigi Kabalt ylös melko jäykästä vuorta, joten ei suositella ihmisille kävelykysymyksiä. Mutta olemme 58 ja se ei ole kovin vaikeaa. Palkinnot ovat kauniisti puhtaat Alpine puu hotelli, jossa vain ääni cowbells ilmassa. Suuri ystävällinen henkilöstö, joka todella huolehtii. Rakastimme kaunis nuori mies, joka ei olisi voinut olla mukavampi työskennellä kesäkuukausina. Mutta kaikki henkilöstö oli kaunis. On hyvin varattu rehellinen baari, jossa on kohtuuhintaisia juomia.
