"We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Rigi Kaltbad. The name is not so good: the Kaltbad is a place, and the baths are nice and warm. we had clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and access to the spa included in our stay. They are easily accessed from the hotel. I loved the design of the baths, not big but very nice. For dinner we went elsewhere so I cannot comment. a very good three star hotel, with nice service."

"The hotel is blessed with a spectacular location. Located above a great wellness center accessible through the hotel. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, checking us in efficiently. Dinner staff was very attentive, friendly and qualified. The food served as a four course meal was mediocre at best, not very tasty although presented very well. Breakfast selection was adequate except for the staff that barely understood German or English!!! The room we had was very small, no coffee or amenities considered normal for a hotel of this class. No sope in the showers is not acceptable. A fridge or mini bar would have been helpful too. Though the wellness center excelled we probably wouldn’t come back to this hotel"
