4etoiles pour la vue et le calme du lieu car en fin de route peu passante Bon buffet de petit déjeuner et accueil charmant Quant aux chambres les 4 étoiles ne sont plus qu’un vague souvenir. Malgré la vue superbe le papier peint est défraîchi le rideau pendouille par endroits ses crochets s’étant fait la malle et de toute façon il est trop court pour occulter la baie vitrée bref peut mieux faire

WORST EXPERIENCE. THIS PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND WORTHLESS. THE BREAKFAST WAS STINKING AND WAS BELOW POOR. THERE'S NO STAFF IN THE HOTEL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NO FAN OR AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM. IN JULY IT IS TOO HOT TO MANAGE WITHOUT ANYTHING IN THE ROOM. ALSO THERE IS NO CONNECTIVITY FROM THE HOTEL AS IT IT IS 21KM AWAY FROM LUCERN WHICH IS MISGUIDED BY THE AGODA AND THE HOTEL. AGODA SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A THOROUGH CHECK BEFORE LISTING ANY PROPERTY AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AGODA AND BOOKING. THEY FOOLED US AND WE ARE INFORMING EVERYONE AHEAD " PLEASE DONT GET FOLLED BY THIS PROPERTY". ONLY SINGLE WORD FOR THIS HOTEL THAT IS "WORST". STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

What an absolutely shameful waste of a beautiful location. The words “Wellness” and “Hotel” do not belong to the Graziella and are a gross misrepresentation. They have sold off (or privately rent) their lake frontage, there is no access to the lake for guests now. The rooms are fitted with cheap furniture that is tired and needs replacing - its tatty round the edges and needs a refurb. Worse than all the above is that after a five hour drive, there is not even a vending machine in this hotel for a bottle of water. No Bar, no facilities at all - zero. We arrived on a Bank Holiday Monday and with no shops open we had to walk to another hotel to get a mouthful of water before we could unpack. When we complained we were told to drink the tap water from the bathroom……well there isn’t even a cup or glass to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth, let alone fill with water. Threadbare towels. A few sheets left on the toilet roll and no spare. No hangars in the wardrobe. Thank god we were only here one night. At getting on for nearly 200 CHF it was a disgrace to the Swiss tourist industry - theres more facilities on a campsite!! View and breakfast excellent just take your own drinks, loo roll, towels and hangars or better still book i to s hotel actually cares about it’s guests!!

Het was een heerlijk, gastvrij, schoon en betaalbaar hotel. Wij hebben hier een overnachting gepland als tussenstop naar onze eindlocatie in Italië. De locatie is ontzettend mooi, alle kamers kijken uit over het naastgelegen meer. Prima sanitair, bed en balkon. Een unieke, rustige beleving. In het dorpje zelf is niet zoveel te beleven en is zeer rustig. Het hotel grenst ook aan een doodlopende weg waardoor het hier ook erg rustig is. Het is naar onze mening echt een aanrader als tussenstop overnachting!

3 Sterne sind hier definitiv zwei zu viel! Einzig der Ausblick auf den See mit den Bergen im Hintergrund war traumhaft. Hotel Graziella bietet Wellness an – Achtung aber, dies hat lediglich das Partner Hotel Post in Weggis, welches 2.4km entfernt ist, die Parkgebühr dort beträgt 15.00 Fr. An der Uferpromenade entlang gehen, ist etwas weit her geholt, man läuft lange auf einem Trottoir vor einer bebauten Häuserreihe, weit weg vom See. Weiter mit der negativ Liste: Beim einchecken gab es keine Info, die Betten waren viel zu weich, das Zimmer besitzt kein Telefon, keinen Safe, keine Mini Bar und auch keine Klimaanlage, dafür sehr viel Schmutz! Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir ganz in Ordnung ausser dem toten Ungeziefer und Schmutz auf den Tischen. Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehle und werden es bestimmt nicht mehr buchen. Enttäuschend so etwas in der "sauberen" Schweiz anzutreffen!

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit dans cet hôtel sans petit-déjeuner. Rien à redire sur la vue. Mais concernant la chambre, c'est la que les points baissent. Il y avait des poils dans la douche, la cuvette des toilettes sale, pas de support pour le PQ. Les linges de douche avaient une odeur de carton. Pas de prise électrique à côté du lit. En bref, nous avons bien dormi mais un manque de propreté.
