The space
You will have full access to the kitchen, living & dining room. 1 bedroom on the main floor next to the full bathroom & 2 bedrooms upstairs with a half bath. Private driveway along with a fenced in backyard!
Guest access
The home is located at a “dead end” but able to access from both directions still. There is a private driveway, on-street parking & an empty parking lot next door available.
Other things to note
There is a couple stairs onto the deck to get into the residence. If using the upstairs 2 bedrooms, there is a set of stairs that are steeper than normal!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
