I stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites for a business trip. First impression was ok. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. For e.g. the TV Remote in my room was not working, and within 20 mins, i was moved room as the support people were not in. The hotel is not the best hotel i have stayed at. The biggest problem is there is NO FOOD at the hotel, except for a small option of fridge/freezer food which are over priced. There is however a Mcdonalds and an Aldi across the highway, but you have to risk your life crossing the highway to get there. My swipe card failed to work almost everyday - not sure why, but the staff reprogrammed it for me on a daily basis. Gym is small, but ok. I thought the room smelt a bit of cigarettes, but apart from that - rooms were spacious. If this hotel had a canteen, it would be perfect.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites and found it to be a great choice, especially for a longer stay. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One thing I noticed was that the customer service could be a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a big issue. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery stores, which I found really handy. Having a kitchen in the room was a huge plus. If you're planning a longer trip, this hotel could be a perfect fit because of its convenient amenities and location.

Very nice and clean room. I went to see my Nephew graduate from the Naval Academy. This hotel understood that many different families were booking due to graduation and staff was very accommodating. Of ever in the area I would book again.

I got a very good rate on Priceline. This place was very clean. It is an "extended stay" but I was only here one night. No breakfast, but it was very good. Clean , Quiet, close to good restaurants and the highway. I highly recommend this location. One little note. You are charge $5.00 a night to park, which I find strange.

Awesome night staff gentleman was very attentive to our needs easy check in and quick and made sure we were taking of and they give free popcorn and doggie treats for the puppies there is no breakfast at this hotel but you can buy stuff they have a little store

Had reservations for over one month. Drove 13 hours for daughters Navy bootcamp graduation after being awake for 34 hours. Was told my suite reservation didn't exist. Wanted to give us 2 separate rooms. We wanted all in same room as i hadnt seen my daughter in 10 weeks. Left and went to Baymont Wyndham on Gurnee, IL.

It was simply everything we need it grandma wanted to treat her sailor to homemade food and there was everything she needed in the room our boys are going back to work just as if we were home thank you.
