من أقذر الاوتيلات التي زرتها في حياتي من الرسيبشن والمقايله السيئه تصل لمرحله تخلف الي تناول الحقائب وتدميرها الي سوء موقع الاوتيل والرائحه القذره في كل مكان الي تجهيزات الغرفه السيئه والمصيبه وجود بق فراش في الفرش تم تصويره لم نستطيع النوم طوال الليل وعندما اتي الصباح خرجنا من الاوتيل مبكرا سوء البوفيه والشح الفظيع في الطعام الرجاء الحفاظ علي صحتكم وصحه أبنائكم من هذا المكان One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever visited in my life From the reception and the bad interview that reaches the stage of backwardness To the eating and destruction of bags To the bad location of the hotel and the dirty smell everywhere To the bad room equipment And the disaster is the presence of bed bugs in the mattresses that were photographed We couldn't sleep all night and when the morning came we left the hotel early The bad buffet and the terrible scarcity of food Please protect your health and the health of your children from this place

設施老舊，床單不乾淨

This hotel is in Wattala which is only 7km from the Fort train station but feels ages away. Service - excellent. As in all areas of Sri Lanka the staff are very friendly and helpful. All say hello and genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs. There seems to be an army of cleaners and wait staff and again, all are friendly with very good English. The doorman was my favourite with a massive smile and great personality! There were some issues with the half-board deal I was on regarding when and where you can have the half board - which is only breakfast and dinner although on Trip it reads like you have a choice of when you can have your two meals a day. So just clarify when you arrive to be sure. Facilities - big open ground, big swimming pool which you could do laps in if you wanted but also with decent steps on the side so younger children can play. There is also a small children's pool too which is adjacent to the big pool and next to the sun bathing area which has around 10 sun chairs in pairs with an umbrella and small table around the grass area, with more chairs and beanbags set up on the higher area. I have seen big groups playing team games, cricket, football, some weird waterpolo/volleyball/handball game in the pool and even a few keen cricket players today. Restaurant - the floor level open air restaurant is well staffed, nicely proportioned and the buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner is extensive (if a little repetitive after three days). On some occasions there was live music which was nice and not overpowering, playing mainly English music. Bar - The Fishery is the outdoor restaurant for al e carte food service and some drinks. You can choose to sit under the roof bar area or under trees next to it, on big picnic style seating. Gym - this is located next to the pool/restaurant and although it is a bit tired, it has everything you need. The running machines are a bit clunky but at least they work, the weight machines are a little stiff to move but again they are functional. There are free weights and area to work out - even a small space for yoga or stretching if thats your thing. There is also air conditioning - and in 30+ heat, very much needed! Downside - its a bit hard to get to and you have to take a taxi or tuk tuk (don't pay anything over 5,000 for this!). The beach which you can see and hear, is very close but not suitable for swimming - especially for young children. Also the beach isn't particularly clean - outside the hotel the beach is raked for appearances, but walk 50m to your left or right, and its not too pretty! Not really a downside but be aware that if you are here in weekend, this place seems to host a lot of parties, weddings and events - which is great energy with lots of noise and atmosphere. It is a lot quieter in the week days. And the pool becomes full in the afternoons!!!

酒店到沙灘很近，可以看到科倫坡港口，服務員態度親和，房間空調足，有兩個游泳池。小孩可以玩！早餐選擇多樣，本土菜和麪包水果品種豐富！

タウルはけっこう古いものだったんです。歯磨き粉を置いてなかった。

촌구석이다 갈때 각오해라 들가면 못나온다 와이파이 복도에서 빵빵터진다 침대에 누음 죽는다

Great hotel for holiday

We had a group at Pegasus recently. On arrival they given a good welcome, specially Mawei from guest relations. The food was delicious and up to the standard. The rooms were comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for all.

Bad food(only breakfast was somewhat ok), our room had a secret door which was not disclosed to us and the guest in that other room were distrubing us, unfriendly reception staff ( only one small young lady was good). Swimming training for kids will start in the evening around 4 pm at the swimming pool ( they have only one pool) and the trainer wear a t-shirt and long trouser (which is not exceptable) and so loud training. They allow events like personal parties/ gatherings/ weddings so the people come for that also will jump into pool so it is a mess.

Nice Hotel ,Manu from reception was Great. The Fishery restaurant was very nice!And also very fresh . Breakfast was also good Room a/c was great and room was very clean Bathroom modern and great shower! All the staff were approachable and friendly.

We came here for a 1 night stay. It was a fantastic stay. Accommodation, foods and the service of the staff was very good. Specially need to mention about Sahani from front office department was very helpful for us during our stay. This is a best place to relax. Highly recommend.

We joined to the Easter Sunday Brunch. From the starting Manusha from reception guide us about the event. The event was exceptional. Buffet had more varieties. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One suggestion to improve. Please add some hooks to hanger clothes in the pool changing rooms. We highly recommend. Definitely come back.

Today easter sunday event was very good . Staff was really excellent with there work . Food was really good and service was really good . View of the hotel was really beautiful. Really peaceful and quite hotel . Specail thanks to all the staff for organising this event Diulumi and the staff was really good .
