近くにTESCOもあり使いやすかった。 部屋も綺麗で値段も安く素晴らしかった。 ただドライヤーが使いにくかったりと少し悪い点もあった。

Awful hotel. Have stayed in plenty of decent Premier inn's in the past, this is not one of them. Location is why we booked (visiting Harry Potter) but its not a nice location. Not the cleanest and rooms have virtually no sound proofing. We had a very inconsiderate family above who thought it was acceptable to allow their kids run about and jump off the beds for about 3 hours, it was awful. We did complain, twice! Reception didn't really care, said they didn't see the issue. After we complained, the adults in the room added to the noise by stamping feet and slamming doors and draws. Never again.

Would have preferred a feather and down duvet and pillows.Outside apperance of the hotel from the car park was somewhat "run down". Had to pay for the car park, adding to the cost of the overnight stay. Convemiently located, rooms quite spacious and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was clean and functional, we’ve stayed there multiple times and not had a problem, however on this stay hen we went to leave we realised someone had broken into our car and strewn all our belongings everywhere, I payed £16 to park At the premier inn carpark presuming it was safe but obviously it wasn’t, it felt horrible to know someone had b there n in our car

I had an excellent stay at Premier Inn Watford. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, making me feel truly welcome. The entire hotel was spotless, and my room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The management clearly takes great pride in running a smooth and guest-focused operation. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, offering outstanding service, cleanliness, and comfort. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

The hotel is very basic - all we needed really - but the small family room was adequate. We loved the breakfast but the evening dinner was a bit of a disaster. A large number of things were not available such as pizza or lasagne. There was also no cheese (for my nachos) or butter at breakfast?! We had paid upfront for the 'meal deal' which basically meant we had to just accept it
