Premier Inn Watford North

Booking was not correct on arrival. Should have had 2x rooms for 4 people but had only been allocated 1x room for 4 and 1x room for three. Was sorted by staff but resulted in one family having to split. Breakfast room is way too small for the amount of people, waited almost 20 minutes for a table. Staff clearly run ragged as not enough of them to keep the flow of food/drinks regularly refreshed which meant a lot of standing around waiting for things to be replenished

Excellent service and made feel so welcome by staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Train journey to London is simple and not too long. Very short distance to Harry Potter studios, and convenience stores /supermarkets/fast food outlets are nearby which is handy. Overall we highly rate our stay and would definitely return.

We booked a few months ago as we planned to visit the harry potter studios with the kids. We didnt book an early check in but when we arrived and asked if it was possible to check in we had a 10 min wait and our room was made ready it was amazing, the man at recpetion was just amazing really friendly. The room a little tight for a family of four but as i say we are only sleeping there the rest if the time were out. The room was clean and the beds were comfy and a good sleep. We had breakfast in the morning with no hassel and lots of choice. Over all we had nothing to moan about it is a lovely little hotel and the staff are just brilliant

Watford North was the ideal spot for the Warner Bros tour, we have stayed several times and it is only a few minutes drive to the tour. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff member (Jen G I think?) who helped us check in and was able to answer a few questions and direct us to our room. The room was clean and tidy with all the basics we needed. It was warm enough and had a TV although we didn't use it. We paid for WiFi which was useful and worked fine. We wanted a twin room and had a king size bed and a separate small bed. We would have preferred 2 normal single beds but both beds were comfortable. I forgot to put on the survey but there was a lack of power points especially near the larger bed and nothing near the head of the smaller bed. Not good with wanting to charge digital devices overnight or to use them while in bed. The bathroom was fine with a shower over the bath. Plenty of hot water. We had dinner and breakfast which was sensibly priced. Not much choice for vegetarian dinner but the macaroni cheese was very nice. The glass of wine was awful! I'd avoid! Plenty of other drinks available. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and more than enough to fill you up. All the staff were very helpful even when it was very busy with evening check in. The parking was right outside. We will be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Very. Friendly and helpful staff on reception assisted with all our questions as we came for the warner bros Harry Potter experience which also is very highly recommended. Very good breakfast buffet style which is very good value for money. The serve a small menu for dinner which is mostly pizza and pasta and the meal deal is very competitively priced. Entrance is not lit so be careful not to miss it but otherwise a great place to stop over.

Comfy bed, usual Premier Inn type room. Nice breakfast. Chose this hotel as it was close to where we were visiting. Friendly staff. 10 mins drive to train station. Situated close to McDonald’s and shops/businesses. Plenty of free car parking at hotel.
