Beautiful large 6 bedroom corner home with Lake Tetonka access capable of sleeping up to18. The public beach is a 200 yard walk over a wooden bridge that crosses the beginnings of the Cannon River. Close to downtown and to Sakatah State Trail for biking and hiking. Many lakes close by for fishing and boating. Small hometown feel. Also close to largest waterpark in southern Minnesota less than 1 mile away at Kamp Dels. There is a dock, lakeside fire pit, and kayaks available most weekends. We also have a 660 square foot game room above the garage complete with sofa bed, love seat, billiard table, card tables, air hockey, and a 1952 wood rail pinball machine. Bring your fishing gear, swim suits, pool cues, and life jackets and enjoy!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Lots to love about this place
This was not a perfect stay, but it was a great stay. Plenty of space, easy access to the water, outside of fireworks on the 4th it was a quiet place to stay, the game room was super fun, and overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Communication about a couple of issues that came up was great and I bet in short order everyone will be giving this place 5 stars. Good place for one big family like us or a couple of small families. Expect nothing but great things for the relatively new VRBO property.

Beautiful spacious plenty of amenities
We stayed four nights. Our rental was excellent. Plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything. We cooked most our meals. There was DVD player w/ TV., a set of board games, pool table, and foosball. A few blocks from two paved trails. The lake was visible from our window. We enjoyed our vacation!

Lotsa Room and Amenities!!
Communication with the host was excellent and the spacious five bedroom home provided a great place to have your own space as well gathering places. The garage loft with foosball, billiards, Pac-Man, game table, couches, and a vintage pinball machine was enjoyed by all. An "open" kitchen (ability to use spices and access to all pans/appliances, etc.) was a real plus for our five-day stay which included two nearby family reunions. we would definitely stay here again!
