Turtle Bay Beach Club

I am often asked by friends back home why we spend so much time here, 10 years in total since 1995. Well here is one of the main reasons. We know most of the staff by name and treat them as friends, they do likewise. We laugh and joke together, share a drink in one of the pubs outside. It really is like living in a very large house will all your friends around. Of course there are things that go wrong occasionally but my friends are always there to support us. Nothing is too much trouble for these people. They will make your holiday a delight. Treat them with respect and friendship and you will be well rewarded.

十数年前に宿泊しました。ロケーションは、ワタムの町中で便利でした。当時、ホテルの近くで自転車のレンタルが出来たので、Gede Ruinsや買い物に行くのも問題ありませんでした。チェクインすると宿泊プランに応じて色分けされたリストバンドを着けそれに応じてサービスや無料の部分が変わりますが、基本的に飲食と基本的なアクティビティは込みでした。ロビー含め全体的に明るく開放的でした。レストランやエンターテイメント・ラウンジが広場を取り囲むように配置され、この広場は夜のアトラクションの会場にもなります。レストランやバーは合わせて5.6か所あったと思います。 今回は、スイートにしましたが、このタイプのお部屋は、２部屋に分かれバスタブ完備でした。海側なので眺めは最高です。 ファシリティは、テレビ、エアコン、テーブル、冷蔵庫、セーフティー・ボックス、ミニバー等は勿論、コーヒーメーカーも有り、Wi-Fiも快適でコンセントの位置等も使い易かったです。バスルームは、使い易く、シャワーも水圧、湯量共問題なく、バスタブも快適でした。肝心のお食事や飲み物ですが、こうしたオールインクルーシブのホテルやプランの場合、飲み物はともかくお食事はイマイチと言うケースを良く聞きますが、このタートル ベイ ビーチ クラブに関しては、その懸念はあてはまりませんでした。お食事のどれを食べても、どこのレストランやバーで食べても美味しかったです。当時、お値段を考えると信じられませんでした。コスパ以上の満足でした。 勿論スタッフの方達は、サービス業に相応しいホスピタリティと専門性を備えたプロフェッショナルでした。 但し、十数年前の宿泊ですので、現在と違っている所も有るかもしれませんので、事前に確認した方が良いと思います。

Un ottimo resort in cui abbiamo trascorso la nostra settimana di relax! Ottimi i servizi ed il rapporto qualità prezzo! Staff impeccabile sempre tutti educati , disponibili e con il sorriso! Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno della stanza che ci era stata assegnata , lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e siamo stati spostati in una stanza migliore. Ottimo il cibo!!! Buffet ricco e variegato…per tutti i gusti! Bellissima la piscina per adulti..un luogo esotico e tranquillo in cui trascorrere le migliori ore in relax! Assolutamente consigliato!

A wonderful place to relax when visiting Malindi. This resort is right on the beach. Being a beach resort gives the guest a chance to swim in the Indian Ocean in water of a comfortable temperature. The location of this resort means that the guest can walk comfortably on the beach without being hassled. Guests are able to book snorkelling trips from the beach seller's. Diving trips are available to be booked on site. There are a number of other activities for the energetic guests. There are 2 pools here. The general pool is next to the dining room, with a quiet pool for those over 18 years a short walk away next to some of the residential blocks. The staff are very welcoming and will go out of their way to ensure the guests have a good stay. Different accommodation packages are available, right up all-inclusive covering all meals and drinks.

My partner and I stayed at turtle bay for 16 days this summer! I have been previously as a child and it was just as good as we remember it. We had an incredible time. I The staff make this hotel what it is! They are all so positive and thoughtful! We could not thank them enough! They were always checking we were okay and if we needed anything. Including bringing us iced water after a nap. The fun base staff are such good sports and engage so well in all the activities. My partner played waterpolo and volleyball everyday and had so much fun. The food is simple but all very tasty. I am gluten intolerant and the head chef came to talk to me and made sure I had anything I needed including gluten free pasta. My partner particularly loved the 4pm pancakes. The Italian and additional restaurant were definitely under used and always quiet. I would recommend giving it a go. The rooms are not the fanciest. But they were always clean, the mosquito nets were in perfect condition and the air con and fan worked perfectly. We mainly spent time on the beach as it was quiet and calm. There is an adult pool and a pool where lots of families and children are. Definitely something for everyone. The staff make so much effort to make everything special and are always happy to recommend events and restaurants. They put on a whole olympics event including a timetable and a special screening area. Big shout out to Ratibu, Carlos, Ali, Nicholas(the security guard), the pool staff and the whole fun base team! You made our holiday and we can’t wait to be back ☺️

We always look for hotels that our kids will have fun. TBBC have a great environment for kids... swimming pool, kids club, sand court etc. They also made our daughter's birthday cake and presented it with a wonderful "hakuna matata" serenade. The hotel is also near other interesting places for excursions. We did a trip to Malindi, Sabaki and Mambrui. Mida Creek is also nearby but we didn't manage to visit.

Good staff, warm, friendly, and consistently great. Good activities 4 family, music was great. The checkin and out was efficient. Please include the cold sanitized towels in the welcome. Its normally appreciated. Clean rooms (the pillows can be cleaner). food was below expectation (fish cakes daily, chicken made the same way). Please improve variety. I would visit again if I got an opportunity.

We came for the day pass as we were staying elsewhere. Our visit was really great. Everything was lovely and we had the best day. We enjoyed the food and drinks package which was very good value. But the best thing were the staff who were amazing. So kind and friendly - we hope to come back 💜

Bardzo klimatyczny hotel z mnóstwem zieleni. Pokoje z klimatyzacją, Pan porządkujący bardzo dba o czystość. Jeśli chodzi o posiłki każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła, życzliwa, pomocna, sympatyczna. Sama miejscowość także przyjazna i spokojna. Szkoda było opuszczać to miejsce. Bardzo chętnie wrócę.
