The suite was clean and inviting. The bugs were intense this year and kept finding ways into our room despite us being very careful with leaving and entering. There were small ants, mosquitos and large flies that continually found their way into the room. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for meal prep. Pull out couch has a poor mattress and the main bed was fine. The slide for shower head in bathroom was broken so it either sprayed at your stomach or you needed to hold it with one hand. Location is fantastic.

We stayed here for three nights in July 2024 (2 adults 2 children). The Suites are clean and in a great location. They are also spacious and updated. I would not recommend booking a 1 bedroom plus hide a bed as the hide aways are atrociously uncomfortable; we have stayed before and had a 2 bedroom which was much better for sleeping. I also recommend bringing fans as it gets quite hot by the end of the day. Also, they no longer have barbecues on the decks of the suites so you have to use a shared area on the ground level which is new and was unexpected. Check in was easy and the location cannot be beat! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Waskesiu.

I stayed here a few years ago and very much enjoyed it, know some locals, this being my home province, though moved away many years ago. But, I was just back in September 2022 for three days and had a super time. Loved it all.
