"The Hyatt Lake Tahoe offers an excellent family experience. The spacious and bright lake-view rooms offer stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and the lake, which thrilled the children. The hotel features a small, heated, and clean children's pool, and daily craft and nature exploration activities are offered. Staff members even kneel down to talk to the children and give them little badges. Breakfast is a buffet with freshly made waffles and fruit, and high chairs and tableware for toddlers are provided. The beach is a five-minute walk away, where you can rent kayaks and enjoy a bonfire in the evening to roast marshmallows and watch the sunset reflected on the lake. The only downside is the high room rate, but the children slept soundly and said they would definitely come back, making it well worth the price."

"The hotel felt very clean and new, and it was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The room was large and the location was great. We booked a package with breakfast, but the front desk staff forgot to give us the breakfast coupons. The next morning, when the restaurant waiter issued the bill, we had to go to the counter to confirm and get the coupons. The breakfast selection was very limited, the smallest on our trip to the US."
