We can't wait for you to begin your stay with us! This stunning townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an open floor plan, and a beautifully decorated interior. In addition, your family will be close to everything because the townhome is centrally-located. The large shared swimming pool (with lap lanes) and hot tub are heated year-round for your enjoyment. This is truly a perfect place to enjoy a serene desert vacation! This townhouse is part of The Casitas, which is an ideal spot for mountain bikers, hikers, and all lovers of Southern Utah's landscapes. The area: The entrance to Zion National Park is only 36 miles east; Quail Lake (eight miles east) and Sand Hollow State Park (13 miles east) are close by as well. You can ride from the house to the Prospector Church Rocks Loop and other local biking trails, and you'll have easy access to area golf courses. On top of this, you can easily enjoy an assortment of dining, shopping, and entertainment in the heart of St. George. (located only 7 miles southwest) Other things to note: Free WiFi Full kitchen - equipped with all dining necessities and appliances Outdoor patio and grill Garage TV in each room Xbox 1 (with 2 controllers and games) 2 dogs, weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. However, we do not allow any Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans. No other animals are allowed without first receiving specific approval from the host. A few additional guidelines: • Pets are not allowed on furniture, upstairs, or in carpeted areas. • A minimum $150 fee will be charged for any pet waste, accidents, or excessive pet hair left behind. Any damage caused by your pet will be your full financial responsibility. Parking notes: There is free parking for vehicles. We have a garage that comfortably fits 1 car. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the townhouse and pool. First 4 days our family joined us and then it was just the 2 of us. Easy to get too and check in.

Unfortunately this property was not as goid as other properties we have had in the past. I will list some of the issues we experienced. Garage remotes (only one operational)Light/fan in family room not operationalRoom with queen sized beds and adjoining bathroom were not cleanTrash can overflowingLight over staircase outNo washcloths in two upstairs baths and only one in downstairs bath. Ceiling air return in upstairs hallway was very dirty. Lamp on night side table in downstairs bedroom was broken.Sorry to be the bearer of this news. None of these were horrible but definitely a nuisance and easily rectified.

Wouldn’t stay here again! Had a group of 5 ppl staying here for a family members graduation. When we first arrived the code to the front door was not working, had to reach out to the host & wait for them to reset the door code.The number of bedrooms worked good for our group, was a little disappointed that the master bedrm was the smallest bedroom in the house, and had the smallest bathroom & closet space. We were traveling with an infant so it made it a little difficult on space in the room with a portable bassinet. This VRBO was poorly stocked for the 4 days we stayed there. We ended up having to go buy supplies (Paper towels, TP, etc.) As well there is hardly anything useful to be able to cook in the kitchen, we were constantly having to improvise trying to make a meal.We had issues with the TV’s working and/or remotes not having batteries. Reached out to the host letting them know of some damages we noticed after arriving, wanting to inform them of what they were, & got no response. After our stay I received a message that the host is charging us for damages found in the home, that we’re not us, & I informed them during our stay & now trying to blame us for it. Many furniture items were broken, light/light fixtures in the home that did not work. The house was poorly cleaned upon our arrival, toilets, tubs, under beds & in couch cushions were not cleaned properly & dust covering baseboards.Really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after our experience I would not recommend.

St. George Golf Me and friends stayed here during our St. George golf get away. Nice clean spacious place. Property includes a pool that was very nice for relaxing at the end of the day.

Good Space, Location, Sparsely stocked We had a group of 10 with 6 kids who stayed here to explore Zion during Winter Break. Great space, worked good for our group with the bedrooms and number of beds. Good location--quiet, nice. Poorly stocked VRBO in terms of kitchen, TV, and misc. Cable wasn't working and we couldn't watch football at night; we wanted to cook and really couldn't get much done because lack of supplies. No tissues for my nose. It didn't feel like home away from home. Cooking felt like I was camping and had to figure out how to do without.
