"Hotel was standard, bath so shallow you can barely relax in it… I called the hotel at 10.30pm to complain about guests being so noisy keeping us awake. They offered us to move rooms but we couldn’t as I had one child asleep and the other child couldn’t sleep…they refused to knock in the people’s door to ask them to keep the noise down. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that we were the ones who were asked to move rooms when we were not the ones keeping others awake!! I expected more from a hotel but clearly they don’t care!! I complained in the morning but they just shrugged it off!!"

"Suuri ystävällinen henkilöstö, oli kaikki tarpeen hyvää yötä unta. Kaikki huoneet ovat suuria faneja ja sähköisen seinämän säteilylaitteisto. Hyvää kokoa TV freeview digitaalisia kanavia. Ilmainen Wi-Fi ja paljon vaihtoehtoa ruokaa, koska sijaitsee moottoritie palveluasemalla BK, KFC, Subway, Starbucks, Pret, ja Waitrose."

"Generally excellent, good value in our case - can be noisy with parties, but they quieten down around midnight (try to get a room away from the party rooms!) The A/C was brilliant as we were at the tail end of a heatwave. Shower very powerful - but towel rail not working. Large screen TV was a nice touch. Only 4 disabled parking bays and not enough 'other' bays! Swimming pool small, gym large,"

"Highly recommended! Perfect for family trips, a local children's travel destination. There are equestrian performances; the equestrians at the entrance are super cool, and the kids are thrilled. The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way. Ideal for families with a car."

"First rate customer service; James the Manager and his staff friendly and helpful. Room small but tastefully furnished and spotless. Bed comfy. The bathroom looked brand new and was modern and equally spotless. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. No noise from other guests. TV very comprehensive with all the usual channels. Thoughtful touches; a pen and a box of tissues. Only drawback - the car park at the back was full and we had to park ten minutes away. I wish I had met their chef before today as we were moving out; we'd have stayed to eat the night before! Thank you everyone!"
