"Absolute shambles. Walk into the hotel and made to pay for parking per day. Then get to the corridor after them mentioning the hotel was slightly flooded recently and it’s just fully stripped carpets and just concrete left. The whole hotel stank of damp and realistically everyone’s booking should’ve been cancelled until it was sorted. Then got to my room and it is just poor, sink drain plug was stuck shut so I couldn’t use a tap for 3 days (was raised to hotel staff but nothing was done) the bathroom is very outdated and damp smell. Through the 3 nights I stayed there the location of the hotel is very poor as any time you need to go to the shops or whatever you have to spend a minimum of an hour as it’s near nowhere unless you wanna pay service prices and little choices. In addition to that my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very poor hotel never ever coming back."

"First rate customer service; James the Manager and his staff friendly and helpful. Room small but tastefully furnished and spotless. Bed comfy. The bathroom looked brand new and was modern and equally spotless. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. No noise from other guests. TV very comprehensive with all the usual channels. Thoughtful touches; a pen and a box of tissues. Only drawback - the car park at the back was full and we had to park ten minutes away. I wish I had met their chef before today as we were moving out; we'd have stayed to eat the night before! Thank you everyone!"

Vaikka se on pieni puuhuone, sisäiset tilat ovat täynnä (mutta ei ole snurkkia), koristeet ovat täynnä keskiaikaista tyyliä ja koko puisto on hyvin vanha ilmapiiri.Ympäristö on vihreä ja kaunis, ja voi nähdä villi ui ja syödä puolella. Parkkipaikalla on lapsille tarkoitettuja pelejä -laitteita ja päivässä järjestettyjä viihdeohjelmia, ja lapset pitävät niistä. Kokonaishinta on hyvä. Olen ollut täällä perheen kanssa hyvä loma!"
