KaZou Residence

We have booked apartments on 2021-11 for 2022-07-07 - 2022-07-10 (three nights). Few days before our trip we started to receive calls/messages to cancel apartments as they are not going to work these days because they will start repairing apartments. We refused to do so. Later host told us that we have booked on Covid period and prices are much higher now, but finally told us to come, and that they will arrange apartments. On 7th we came to the office, got keys for the apartments. After unlocking the doors of the apartments, we see that we got 1 bedroom room, instead of 2. When we went down to complain, they just laughed and told us to get out if we don't like it. As we didn't want to start searching any apartments for the weekend, we decided to stay (btw price remained the same), asked for additional sheets and blankets, administrator told us that they will bring it soon. Nop, didn't happen. No kitchen appliances, they even didn't bother to bring more cups, as it was apartment for 2 and we were 4. No oven, there is stove, but no frying pan, lol. Rude staff, liars, do not recommend.
