Premier Inn Warrington (A49/M62,J9)

Smashing overnight stay on Friday 13th December. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However the staff namely Joshua, Pam and Ian were exceptional and are a credit to your organisation. Very friendly and efficient at what was an extremely busy period due to an issue at an other Inn. Massive thank you from Mike and Joyce.

I don't think my meal last night could have gone any worse tbh. I came in for my dinner and asked at the bar if they wanted me to order at the bar as it was almost 8pm and there was no one there. The friendly girl behind the bar said that it's ok, she gave me a menu and said to take a seat, so I got my guinness and went to sit down. I decided what I wanted (the menu looked a bit microwavy so I wanted a steak) and waited for the nice girl behind the bar to come over. no one came. So I waited quite a while longer and finished my Guinness while looking about for any staff (they were both behind the bar chatting). I came to the bar with my order and there was no apology for not coming over as stated, but I didn't really care and so just ordered my food and another guinness and went back to my seat. I had got about halfway through my drink when the food came.... It was the wrong food. They had brought me a mixed grill instead of the Sirloin I ordered. I told the girl that brought it over that I would happily eat it if they brought just the steak and not the accompanyments that comes with it when it was ready, but she took it all away while laughing at me. She did leave the Onion rings, which was lucky as I was starving, but they tasted really bad (how do you get onion rings to taste bad?). I had eaten the onion rings and finished most my drink when the replacement meal was rushed out to me (If i'm paying the money for a steak, I would prefer it not to be rushed) and that too was awful. The steak was really fatty and because it had been rushed the fat wasn't cooked and the whole thing was really disappointing. To make matters worse, when the manager brought over the replacement food, he didn't bring any cutlery so I was stuck looking at the food I couldn't eat while he finished his conversation with the other staff members, then went and got sauces while getting the cutlery.... I'm very sure he could've brought the cutlery first no? AGAIN, there was no apology or anything offered for all the messups. The guy could obviously tell I wasn't very happy, but didn't care. There was no checkback at all in this whole time I was eating. I really wanted another guinness and a pudding, but because the service was so bad, I really didn't want to spend anymore money. I saw the members of staff on the way out and they all said goodbye to me while chatting at the bar. I then came down for breakfast and barely touched it as it tasted almost as bad as the food from the night before. My main issue was that there was no checkbacks, no apology at all and nothing to try and make up for all the messups. I'm not the type to make it an issue for the staff, but i was very let down by very basic stuff. The room was fine and I enjoyed the sleep, but the whole experience of dinner and breakfast was awful. I stay at Premier inns all the time and this is easily the worst. I know to expect a but less with Premier Inn, and i don't mind this, but I've had a better experience in the wo

Every single member of staff that I met was welcoming, positive, happy and efficient, generating a really nice atmosphere for the stay. The room was clean and the restaurant food was good. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you all and keep up the good work!

A very well ran tidy Premier Inn, we were checked in quickly and the 3 rooms were warm and clean, the shower was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant which was under some sort of refurbishment, so not at its best, that said the food was tasty but very basic, the breakfast was lovely too. The staff here are brilliant too, nothing was an issue and the bar and restaurant service was quick. Ample parking and couldn't be more handy for the M62. To sum up, a well ran, clean, tidy Premier Inn.

One of the best hotels in Warrington for me. The staff are all amazing like to thank the following, The GM, Joshua Kieren, Ellie, Lisa, Megan and Pam. They will do everything to make your stay comfortable. I actually only booked to stay 1 night but ended up staying 5 nights which was a joy and amazing good night sleep. The rooms are nice and clean, with nice fresh towels and quality pillows. Also like to say thank you Lisa for the nice box of chocolates and biscuits:)

So friendly here. A huge thanks to Pam and Josh for one of the best breakfast i have had since being Gluten Free. Hotel room is great , clean + modern . Its my first time staying at a Premier Inn and have been pleasantly surprised, will make sure i use them in the future.
