Starting from the day1, treatment to a customer is bad. Allotted a selected bad room with continuous dampness on floor when enquired responded water spilled when cleaning. But it not got dry till checked out on the third day. The windows in the toilet was cleaned for months i believe. See in the photo. Not bothered to replace the damaged swithches, it is tong-ling as it is. May be allowed for how money days like this i dont know. Customer was served with 500ml used drinking water bottle filled by them. I raised the complaint about this in the morning and left for official work informing the reception to change with the new water bottle. When reached in the night, the same bottle was there. Again after pointing out the condition it got changed. On the next day, i reminded in the morning to keep the drinking water bottle. Informed as when housekeeping is completed this will be changed. Tilol evening it was not done.
