"I stayed in a garden view room, and the air was great. Occasionally, birds would land in the garden to forage. Stepping off the hotel lawn, you're right on the beach with fine, soft sand, and it's also very close to the popular lighthouse. The environment is quite good. From check-in to check-out, we had a one-on-one butler. We could tell them anything we needed at any time, and they responded quickly. Every day, they would ask if we needed the room cleaned. However, one day, the cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10 AM, saying she wanted to clean the room. I clearly told her I hadn't requested a cleaning, my child was sleeping, and someone was in the bathroom, so we didn't need it cleaned for now. But the cleaning lady insisted on coming in. I thought maybe she wanted to finish early and go home, so I told her to wait at the door for 2 minutes while I woke my child up, and then we left, leaving the room for her to clean. About half an hour later, the butler proactively asked if we needed the room cleaned. 😂 I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened. Electric carts are available for transport in and out of the park. You can just stand by the road for a short while, and a cart will come by. The staff would politely ask if we needed a ride. Very courteous, thumbs up! 👍 Let's talk about the food. The breakfast at Yu He and He Fang had pretty much the same variety. For a room rate of over 2000 per night, the quality of the breakfast didn't match the price, although the staff were quite enthusiastic. Food deliveries would be sent to a designated locker. Once it arrived, guests would call the front desk and provide the last few digits of their phone number, and staff would deliver it to the room. The town center is about 300 meters from the hotel, and almost all deliveries come from there. As soon as the store confirmed the order was ready, the delivery driver would get it to the hotel within 5 minutes. Compared to hotels of similar price in Sanya, the Grand Hyatt's pool and water park are a bit small, with the water park only having one small slide. The Kids Club is a children's activity center, but the equipment is quite limited. Overall, I feel that Shenzhou Peninsula is not very well-developed for family trips with children. I hope it will improve over time."

The private hot spring is private and comfortable, and the cleanliness is thorough and well-executed. The butler service is attentive and perfectly balanced. It's tranquil and healing, offering far better value for money than similarly priced guesthouses and hotels of the same star rating. A must-stay when in Wanning, truly excellent value!"

The environment here is also nice and quiet. They even reserved a first-floor room for us when we booked and provided transportation to dinner [happy][happy][happy]. They also created a group chat specifically for our service; any issues we mentioned were handled exceptionally promptly, with instant replies. Overall, it was very good."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. After booking, customer service contacted me and created a concierge group. The concierges were all incredibly nice. As it was our first time in Hainan, we had many questions for them in the group, and they all responded with great patience. Upon arrival, the concierge was already waiting for us at the designated spot, explained all the villa's details clearly, and was always responsive to our questions in the group. The room facilities were excellent, and the pool was crystal clear with a good circulation system, which the kids absolutely loved. The place was also very clean. The living room had a kitchen, so we bought seafood to cook ourselves, which was great value for money. The environment here is very quiet and comfortable, and it's very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time, and most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Thumbs up!"

The B&B also has a private pool, offering ultimate privacy. Lounging in the pool at sunset, watching the gorgeous colors, was an absolutely heavenly experience. And the room itself? Flawless. Spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness in every nook and cranny. Amazing value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"Although it was a cloudy day, I had a fantastic two days. I rode the owner's electric scooter around the surrounding area, and I have to say, riding an electric scooter in Wanning is always a joyful experience. The sea breeze and the smell of coconut palms along the way were very comforting. I went surfing and did some other activities at Shimei Bay, and also went to Riyue Bay to see the seaside fireworks and the bar street for young people. Staying here was definitely the right choice. The advantages are as follows: 1. Excellent service. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning, and coffee was provided daily. The staff were very talkative and friendly, and we got along very well. 2. The provided electric scooters were really excellent and very useful. You can easily get around all the big and small areas of Wanning by electric scooter, saving a lot of money. The owner's electric scooters were all in very good condition and new, and exceptionally well-maintained! 3. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and I had a very comfortable stay. 4. The location is quite good, only an 8-minute electric scooter ride from Shimei Bay. Everything is very convenient. I will definitely come back next time!"
