We stayed at this hotel on Saturday 19july while attending the stray kids concert. We normally book with Premier inn chain but were concerned not having used Travelodge. On arrival we found the building covered with scaffolding as they were refurbishing. Another concern was that the hotel did not have air conditioning but that did not seem to be a problem. The room and breakfast were of a high standard. What eclipsed everything for us was the staff. We had two problems with my granddaughters outfits to which the staff rallied around and got it sorted. I will mention their names in the hope that management might read this and appreciate their worth.Elena,Teresa,Monika and Sanita. Well done .

I stayed here when going to the Stray Kids concert on Friday 19th July. I had a good experience. Delia was really helpful with travel advice when I checked in. The following morning my phone screen had jammed, and Delia offered me her phone so I could message my friend on instagram. Thank you

The staff here are amazing, call out to Elena and Delia who greeted me on arrival and looked after me so well during my stay;, they treat you as an individual and make time to listen . They were polite & professional throughout my stay. Kingsize bed and great size room. Great transport links and value for money what else do you need.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Raluca-Elena and Micheal went above and beyond for our stay constantly checking if we needed any thing and assured us they were there if we needed anything.

A convenient and reasonable priced hotel near North London. The room/hotel was very clean and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked. I will stay there again.

Great value for money and location for where we were visiting. The hotel was very clean and tidy couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was self service food was hot and plenty of choice. The noise from the road was really noisy. However, the hotel was surrounded by scaffolding ( that wasn't a problem) so perhaps they are having new windows. I had ear plugs with me so it wasn't an issue for me but without them I imagine the road noise would be a problem. Overall very good value for what we paid £54 1 night 2 people with breakfast. Just take ear plugs incase you are the side near the road.
