Park Inn, Birmingham Walsall

Stayed during Commonwealth Games excellent location and transport links into the city. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and lunch time snack good. Shame not food later in the evening.

Park Inn business stay Parking all full when I arrived and so had to park on side road by side of car park. It was unlit and felt very unsafe. I worried whether my car would get broken into. The room itself was satisfactory although a big dated. Chipped desk and scaling around shower and fittings. Perfectly adequate but that is all!

Over all good hotel Hotel was overall good Issue with my room with regards to the window it was extremely hard to close it as lock was lose / close to breaking also was put in a twin room

Not bad The lady at breakfast was lovely. Really appreciated her welcome throughout my stay. There was a man in a suit whos attitude i did not appreciate. In the morning i told the lady my room number and that I should have breakfast included so she told me thats fine etc. the man asked me if i was ok? I said i was fine and he asked me has she taken your room number? I said yes i have done that. The next thing he is asking her if i have told her etc and i can hear him talking about me. Rude. Vile. However, the lady was lovely. Im not a thief i would not be having breakfast if i did not pay. Further, the rooms were fine a bit like a prison cell not very homely. Gym access which is great even though its tiny. Happy enough. They should improve on their customer service well that man should. Rooms could be made a bit more homely

We stayed here to go to a wedding , it was suitable for what we needed although we could hear the motor way from our room, we also thought there wasn’t many plug sockets to charge more than 1 phone and watches Staff were helpful .

Stay elsewhere No hand wash, shampoo or body wash in the room. Both containers were empty and there was only enough toilet roll for one person, which makes you wonder if the room is even checked and cleaned properly after each stay. Mattress left us with a back ache for two days, so overall would not recommend staying here.
