Great Location, in order to get to all the areas we like to visit. Clean and Modern feel.

This seems to be the Choice Hotel chain's latest attempt at innovation. They're describing it as a boutique hotel. OK, that's a nice concept, especially at these prices, but they've missed a few things. Our room was comfortable enough. The bathroom was excellent, with separate areas for toilet, generous sink counter, and walk-in shower. But there are some mistakes in the room itself. First, there's a kitchenette with an L-shaped counter and a couple of bar chairs. The bed has one nightstand, the other side of the bed has no space for one as it's lined up with the wall of the bathroom. There is no desk. There is a tiny balcony that, frankly, serves no purpose whatsoever--it's too small for any furniture, so all you can do is stand out there and look. Given that many people travel with laptops or chromeboxes or other portable computer set-ups--and given that many will work while travelling--not providing desk space is rather short-sighted. No night stand on the right of the bed--so any couple that wants to read before sleeping (my wife does) or who want to set the phones next to their pillows--can't do it. I keep coming across chain hotels firms who want to be innovative. I have nothing against innovation per se, but somebody seriously needs to figure out what people want and need in a hotel room. This isn't quite it.

Very nice, centrally located. Easy to get in and out of. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was better than most at this price. Extremely quiet, both day and night. If you are looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable price in Amish country, this may well be the best you will find.

We spent one night on June 13. The lady at the desk, Margaret, was so pleasant and friendly. We really enjoyed all of contacts with her. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, as well as the cookies that were out at night.

This is a fabulous hotel. The rates are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the hotel is stylish and very clean. Our room had a huge very comfy king bed and a couple of recliners where we could relax and watch tv or gaze out at the Amish countryside. They have the best hotel breakfast that I have ever had. Scrambled eggs with or without cheese, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee were some of the offerings. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the hotel seemed quiet and peaceful. If we return to the area I would definitely stay here again, I can’t imagine doing better than this.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a work trip. My brother-in-law and his wife and family, the company estimator and his wife, and my wife and I all stayed here complements of Provia, who owns this hotel. Our company is a dealer and we were invited up to Walnut Creek to tour the Provia manufacturing facilities. My wife and I had stayed here previously and had a good experience. The hotel is very modern in style, which is a bit unusual for Amish country. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower is a large walk-in shower with no door or curtain. The continental breakfast was extensive and delicious!

This hotel is the best hotel ever!!!! The staff was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with cinnamon buns, eggs, waffles, and much more! In our experience, there are definitely no cons but a whole lot of pros! The pool and hot tub felt really good after a long drive. We go to this hotel whenever we go to Amish Country. {Which is a lot!} I recommend this hotel.

What a pleasant surprise. This was so new and clean. The room was spacious and the breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. It is very modern and the pool is clean and nice. There were plenty of towels at the pool area. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the showers in the rooms, Very nice.

Very clean and I love the rooms. The staff is my biggest complaint. On check in I couldn't even get a smile or a welcome from the front desk lady. Very unfriendly . The best staff member is the breakfast lady who is always working hard and is friendly! On my last day, I was going to check out at noon (the hotel checkout time) and every time I left my room ans came back, the cleaning girl would just stare at me the entire time. , very uncomfortable, felt rushed to check out so they could get into clean. On checkout no words by the girl Other then did I need a receipt. Apparently the front desk staff doesnt know words or how to welcome guests. Also found hair on the shower wall, called down to the front desk but no answer so I cleaned it myself. I don't think $130 a night is worth it with the unfriendly staff, it's such a promising hotel too!!! Just disappointed in the staff (except the breakfast lady).
