"Great experience at the White Hart Hotel. The host was incredibly kind and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The place feels very genuine and has been done up very nicely. The breakfast was also very tasty, and the service by the staff also great. Would definitely recommend if going on a trip along the Thames Path."

"Ferrymanin Cottagessa on kauniita huoneita, jotka ovat sekä lämmitys ja jäähdytys tarvittaessa. Piti pitää sokeat suljettu kun pubin vieraita kävelevät ikkunojen läpi. Makuuhuone oli mukava ja nespressokone oli erittäin arvostettu. Ainoa haitta on ääni. Kun muut vieraat menevät huoneisiinsa se kuulostaa kirjaimellisesti samassa huoneessa. Kuulimme ihmisiä ottavat ylähuoneessa, mutta korvakorut olivat kaikki hyvin. He eivät olleet melua. Ruoka oli puhuttu ja meillä oli suuria odotuksia illalliselle, mutta rehellisesti sanottuna se oli täysin hyvä, ei mitään kirjoittaa kotona. Korosta oli mackerel patentoitu alkuaine - se oli herkullista. Aamiainen debacle - me oli varattu 8:00, ja meille kerrottiin, kun tilasimme, että keittiö oli nukkunut ja ei ollut saapunut (ataff-talon vieressä ovessa). "Lovely hotel in a beautiful location! The riverside setting makes for a lovely view! We stayed in a spacious suite and were accommodated with an extra bed with no problem at all. Decor is a little dated and the accommodation could have been a little cleaner however, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! We would stay here again, thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We stayed at the Town Arms Waddingford for a night away break, the staff where very welcoming and the rooms where very clean and well presented. A really nice and central based pub. We had lunch and breakfast there and it was perfect. We will be back 100%."

"We had afternoon tea at The George today and I would have given it a higher rating but there was an issue with dietary needs. On booking we stated that I wasn’t able to have cheese, egg or white bread (I have a high intolerance and become unwell very quickly) they wrote this down. We then had to rearrange the date and they repeated the dietary needs unprompted. Upon delivering the food to the table I was surprised to see cheese and pickle alongside ham and tuna sandwiches. There was one person serving and it took a while to get her attention, when we pointed out the error she apologised and blamed it on reception who hadn’t passed this info on and informed us that it said against our booking no fish. Either way the dietary needs were not taken into consideration (we were given cheese that I can’t eat and tuna which they said was on the dietary to not be served) I was going to leave it as someone else could have eaten the cheese sandwich but had it pointed out that for others this could have been very serious if dietary requirements are not followed. On the plus side the food was delicious and very generous in a nice setting. One oddity is that it was tea for 2 but 9 miniature deserts! It would be nice to have a little card or list of what the deserts are especially with the earlier errors with dietary needs, some places do this some don’t."
