Camel Rock Brewery & restaurant was excellent & convenient. Red beer👍, food👍 The road surfaces could do with grading &/or surfacing properly though

Good stay Good location clean tidy. We enjoyed our stay. Just needed some minor maintenance to the ceiling fan. Was loose. toilet paper roll holder loose .stained lounge. We left it tidy as we found it. Would stay again.

A mixed bag. Cabins and camp sites were packed in but we were surprised that it wasn't noisier. A short walk to the beach. Our cabin wasn't particularly clean - hair all over everything, BBQ filthy, windowsills dirty etc. Also no utensils to use a BBQ despite there being one on the veranda. There were canoes, kayaks, and clubs for mini golf to rent but we didn't end up checking out the prices (don't know if they were free).

This was a very disappointing stay. We paid extra (Perks Membership) to ensure we had wifi... we had some family members with significant mobility issues... and there was not only no wifi but no phone reception. The latter was not their fault but they need to advise accurately on their website something like "wifi not available in all areas," just some honest truth in advertising. Which was disappointing but not the end of the World but the day after raising this at reception we were told we couldn't play putt putt, there were no balls because "I guess someone took them all " No, there were balls galore in the box at the 18th hole that another staff member gave us. The antagonism and dishonesty was so unnecessary and really spoiled our experience. I subsequently complained to Big 4 who washed their hands and said the individual park would call us back. They haven't. So for misleading advertising, antagonism and then failure to talk to us about it.. It's a 1 out of 5.

Wifi Poor quality Wifi..kids couldn’t use their phones or games , they were not happy

Clean cabin with separate rooms for adults and kids was great, felt a little claustrophobic with the cabins so close to each other. Loved the on-site brewery for dinner and friendly staff on check-out. Wifi was close to non-existent, making trip planning impossible. Overall, great spot for an offline family getaway with no mobile reception or wifi.
