Very nice stay at hotel sai residency. 20 minutes is enough to reach sai residency from vasai railway station by auto. The room was clean, big and comfortable.

Property is decent as per the price however i had booked two rooms out of which one was awesome and other one was below average and that is something i didn’t like. Location is good too

Customer service was good, bi-pin bhai was running all the time. Need to improve cleanliness of the room, need to climb stairs to rooms, need to wait for 10 mins for hot water

When I woke up in morning On the floor it was full of water, I feel down too as I was not aware. I have photo & video if needed.Sorry I am disappointed ☹️. Even I had complaint to front desk but no response or not when apologies. Also requested for house keeping to clean the floor but till one hour no body bordered

The hotel room was good and there were spaces. Clean room staff service average not bad not good everything perfect only probable is location 20 mins from vasai stn

We searched on make my trip and stayed before with this property in past so its a comfortable stay. Only they dont allow late check out even if checked in late. Rest experience was good though we stayed for a very short time

The hotel was overall good the staff was friendly and they know what privacy means so they didnt disturbed but the food was not good
