Elegant Waterfront Resort

Best place for stay i would recommend if anyone needs a staycation for relaxation you better don't wait and book this resort food is excellent and hospitality is too good. Mr. Subroto at the restaurant is excellent in greeting and suggesting food, very kind and helpful person. The indoor pool villa is very spacious the staff was very much kindnes visit soon

Well maintained resort with awesome lake view. Neat and clean ambience. Amazing hospitality. Huge swimming pool, tasty food served by superb restaurant staff. Thanks Suyog sir for recommending the best non veg dish. Super delicious. The view from the waterfront cottage is breathtaking. The drive to the resort is not so good due to industrial area but the moment you reach the resort you feel like wow.

The infrastructure of the resort is simply out of the world. However, they need to improve significantly on the service. None of the requests that we had for housekeeping got completed. The restaurant did not have a bunch of things that they mentioned on the menu. This property is perfect for club mahindra to take over and start managing.

The place and views are excellent. I stayed in private swimming pool cottage which was clean and good, great place for a quick outing with family. There are just few points to include as feedback. 1. There are flys in the room. 2. It would be great if we can bring our pets with us in this beautiful property, that would make the whole experience a 💯

I am writing this sitting inside the room. I made a huge mistake of booking elegant waterfront resort for my anniversary celebration. We made a booking for a deluxe cottoge for rs. 6100, but there was nothing like deluxe room inside the room. First they gave us a room which had zero view, all walls in front of the windows. When asked for an upgradation they shifted to a different room, the new room had a view and shifted immediately but later on we realised it is very unpleasant in every sense. Dirty wc, stains on wash basin, dirty ceiling fan, on top of that there was a single tubelight in the room which was insufficient to lit up the entire room. The room felt dimly lit after the sunset. After several calls to the reception they sent their house keeping supervisor which he himself accepted that they forgot to clean the room before our checking. When asked to speak to their manager ms. Shweta, she literally turned deaf ear to our concerns and was irresponsive. I am really disappointed with the service given by elegant waterfront resort staff, will surely be not recommending to visit this property in future.
