"Room smelt of dogs. Found an air freshener in socket that had run out. Went to reception to complain about the awful smell of dogs; mentioned window was open and the air freshener. We don’t supply air fresheners was the reply, didn’t address the smell. We were there for 3 nights had to sleep with window open because of smell. Therefore we could her the traffic so didn’t sleep well. Reception couldn’t care less about situation. Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend."

"Ystävällinen henkilökunta saapuessa. Huoneet ovat moderni, hyvin puhtaat ja hyvin varustettu, varsinkin kun otetaan huomioon, että ne ovat pienen puolen! Varasimme kuninkaan huone, joka oli snukke! Mutta se oli ehdottomasti hienoa pitkä viikonloppu. Söimme ravintolassa, joka oli erittäin hyvä ja palvelu oli erinomainen. Sijainti on hyvä Polzeath, Rock ja Padstow. Olisi hienoa, jos hotelli tarjosi nimetty pysäköinti etupuolella. Mainitullinen aamiainen sisällytettiin huoneen hintaan, mutta ei teetä ja kahvia, jotka löysin hieman outoa, ehkä se on jotain, joka voisi vaihdella paremman asiakaskokemuksen. Mutta kaikki hyvin olohuoneessa ja ehdottomasti suositella, ja tietenkin meren näkymät ovat hämmästyttävää!"
