Friendliness with guest and the other stuffs also perfect,they arranged what we want as more than we wish and foods beverages and the pool also very clean i recommend this place for everyone without and doubt..

Perfect location, clean and Berry comfortable. Friendly staff service & great lunch the room were spacious . Superbly beach veiw Piecefull place. we are enjoyed & chilling Highly recommend just walking distance to beach

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Zum Teil noch im Aufbau. Ist im Familienbesitz, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Tolle Zimmer, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet. Aufzug vorhanden. Strand ist in 1 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Sehr sauberer Pool.

We travelled with our kids. My younger daughter was playing in the Asian Schools Chess Championship 2022 in Waskaduwa. So we booked the Austro Lanka. The room had all facilities and we thoroughly enjoyed the service. Specially Mr. Vidura gave us the superior class service. Pool was very clean and we liked the water fountain. The food was yummy with a reasonable rate that we even didn't think of buying outside. We ordered as per our wish and they provided everything in the dish. So enjoying the outstanding quality of service we were really mesmerized and willing to recommend this Hotel to our friends and hope to come back again The Manager Mr. Vidura is a multi talented guy and an assert to the premises. We wish him all the very best.

Had a great experience in our 8 days stay at the hotel. The hotel is situated in a location with all amenities walking distance to the beautiful beach of the southern coast. Well maintained new hotel with extremely clean and comfortable rooms The food was so delicious and prepared as our wish. Belongs to a very kind owner and chargers were very reasonable. Highly recommend staying in Austro Lanka for those who are visiting Wadduwa, Waskaduwa, Kaluthara area.

Great hotel with really lovely and friendly staff who are always trying to fulfill our wishes like trips, food etc. The beach is just a few steps away. The hotel is brand new and has high standard quality. Highly recommended to book! See you soon :)

Highly recommended for any kind of stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Calm environment in a perfect location. Staff were friendly, caring and pleasant starting from the reception. The rooms are very nice,comfortable and Clean. Foods are really delicious. Highly Recommend ⭐️💯
