I had a wonderful experience at Citrus Waskadu. The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool added a refreshing touch to the stay, perfect for relaxation. However, the bar area can get quite lively, especially when there's a DJ. If you're looking for a quieter evening, it might be wise to request a room further from the noise. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small note for those preferring a more tranquil night.

Hotel is modern , fresh , well maintained . Perfect for a relaxing vacation with gym , excellent long pool , yoga , sports area . Access to the beach is private and peaceful. Food spread was lavish Nd tasty . Staff is very friendly Nd goes out of the way to help you . We enjoyed the wide spread of food for new years gala dinner . Bar has good choice of liquor. You can take a tuktuk from hotel lobby roam around to see local life . Go to kalatura rich look store or others for cheap but good quality daily wear clothes . Beach is little rough . Spending 5 nights with hotel was relaxing then we moved to bentota to enjoy the beach which is smooth Nd one of the best I have come across travelling world around . Special thank to Tusharri to ensure we had the best stay Nd the personal touch she provided and Mr Prasad Wijesyriya for maintaining the hotel so well . You can always see them around with a smile and ensuring all guests are happy checking on them . Key feature is the long swimming pool . We are staying at Taj bentota now but we found citrus much better with pool , rooms and pricing for quality .

Friendly staff and warm welcomed. Service was superb specially Roshan Lakmal gave us great hospitality. Thank you citrus staff for the great hospitality. Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring costal area.

Le 30mars j'arrive à l'hôtel Citrus je me rend à la réception et là je me trouve devant un mur du nom Gayan le soi disant responsable des aînés. Cette personne me demande mon passeport se que je fais immédiatement, je ressentais un malaise vagal vu le long voyage et la chaleu, je demande à cette personne si elle quelques chose à grignoter en attendant l'heure de déjeuner il me répond que mon forfait commence à 12h30 et si je voulais boire ou manger quelque chose il me fallait payer imaginé mon étonnement je me trouve normalement dans un pays du sourire et de bienveillance et cette personne du nom de Gayan me demande de payer mon cauchemar commence à partir de là. Les chambres sont dans un état lamentable, l'hôtel est dans une decripiture incroyable et très bruyant. L'hôtel ne fait aucun divertissement donc je recommande à toutes personnes malgré mes recommandations de faire leurs excursions en amont et de rester le peu de temps pour vous reposer si vous le pouvez. La restauration très épicé. Le 5 étoiles local est à revoir en urgence. Mais dans toutes cette triste aventure j'ai rencontre quelques personnes merveilleuses qui elle mérite les 5 étoiles mademoiselle Madushanki responsable services clients 🥰🥰, Monsieur Maduranga mon coach sportif préféré 😍, Monsieur Achintha responsable service restauration 😘, et on n'oublie pas Monsieur Shehan directeur du Citrus que je remercie pour sa bienveillance et qui m'excuse pour le peu d'étoiles que je mets à son hôtel 🙏, je remercierai jamais assez ces personnes pour leurs bienveillance et l'aide apportée vous méritez tous et toutes plus de 5 étoiles ainsi que toutes les étoiles 🌟 🌟 du ciel. Monsieur le directeur sorter de son rôle Gayan et réformé vôtre personnel à la réception il y a beaucoup de travail à faire au sein de votre hôtel dommage vraiment dommage. Une pensée accompagné d'une tendresse particulière à Mademoiselle Madushanki qui fût près de moi tout le long de mon séjour 🥰🥰 tu seras dans cœur 💓 à jamais.

I think it’s fantabulous service from citrus crew. In F&B Ms. Sherine done superb service for us as well as the others. What a great hospitality. Because of the service we didn’t move to another hotel.Thanks for the Manager Achintha and F&B Priyantha.Star class service for all.

Great hotel. Great service. Stay in the suite, even more great. Buffet in the restaurant also great, with a lot of choices. At the pool also good sunbeds and towels are included. The people here are very friendly and happy to help you. Love to come back again!

We had a pleasant stay. Our Suite room was spacious comfortable with jacuzzi bath and all amenities we needed. We stayed during the local holidays, complex and meal times were understandable busy on our first day. Buffet options were ok for us. Staff were pleasant and accommodating to our needs, special thanks should goes to Upendra at Sales Dept

Excellent stay and we came with Hemas team. Had a wonderful time there. Variety of foods and delicious. Staff is very nice and hospitable. Lady Chalani checked and talked very politely. We are very happy to see good staff here Will definitely come for a stay. Thanks Citrus
