Dom Tat

Dom Tat is a modern hotel in the center of Vyborg with 21 rooms and a designer interior. This is a very atmospheric place, conveying the spirit and romance of old Vyborg. The hotel is located in a building constructed in the 19th century in the neoclassical style. This is a house with a rich history, included in the list of cultural heritage sites. It is located at the intersection of Krepostnaya and Krasnoarmeyskaya streets, at the so-called "crossroads of five balconies", two of which belong to the hotel. Dom Tat opened after a complete renovation of the premises. During the renovation, all interior elements of historical value and conveying the spirit of the era were preserved - tiled stoves, forged doors of the staircases, unique brickwork. At the same time, all rooms are designed in a modern, laconic style, they have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel has been classified as a 3-star hotel, but if you evaluate it by the quality of the design and equipment of the rooms, you can safely add another star. The rooms have either double or separate beds with orthopedic mattresses. All rooms have bathrooms with showers and toilets. Guests can prepare hot drinks in the kitchenette, which includes a tea and coffee station, mini-fridge, and dishes. The family room has extra beds for children. The highlight of the two suites are the balconies overlooking the famous "crossroads of five balconies". Four windows in each suite offer the streets view of the old town. And just the sight of the old stoves located in some rooms immediately makes you feel warmer. The reception is located on the first floor and is open for guests 24/7. The friendly administrators of the Dom Tat will tell you about the sights, the best bars, cafes and restaurants in the city that are worth visiting. The area around the hotel is an interweaving of cozy narrow streets of the old town, paved with cobblestones. Here you will find photogenic historical buildings, gardens and courtyards, city cafes and restaurants, souvenir and shopping shops. A few dozen meters from the hotel is the House of the Citizen - the oldest residential building in Russia. A few minutes of leisurely stroll along Krepostnaya street and you will find yourself on the square near the old city hall and on the observation deck overlooking the harbor and Vyborg Castle.
