While we strive to provide a comfortable environment, such encounters can occasionally occur due to our location nestled in a natural landscape.When you requested to change rooms, our reception team offered you an available room on an upper floor within the same category, which you declined as you preferred a balcony. Subsequently, an Executive Room with a balcony became available following a cancellation, but you chose not to accept it because it was located farther from your mother’s room.Concerning your booking cancellation via the Online Travel Agent, please understand that cancellation policies are set based on the rate conditions you selected at the time of booking. Mặc dù chúng tôi luôn cố gắng mang đến môi trường thoải mái, nhưng những lần gặp gỡ với động vật hoang dã địa phương vẫn có thể xảy ra do vị trí khách sạn nằm giữa thiên nhiên.Khi Quý khách yêu cầu đổi phòng, đội ngũ lễ tân đã đề nghị một phòng trống ở tầng trên cùng hạng phòng tương đương, tuy nhiên Quý khách từ chối vì muốn có ban công. Sau đó, một phòng Executive có ban công trở nên trống do hủy phòng, nhưng Quý khách không nhận phòng này vì phòng đó xa phòng của mẹ Quý khách hơn.Về việc hủy đặt phòng qua đại lý du lịch trực tuyến, xin Quý khách hiểu rằng chính sách hủy phòng được thiết lập dựa trên điều kiện giá mà Quý khách đã chọn khi đặt phòng.
