前一晚確定左booking,去到check in 話無預約，無房，被取消左booking, 無通知，但搞左一大輪，突然話加20萬VND又有房，神奇！ 同Trip.com 講，trip.com話要有收據可以補返差價，問個酒店經理要收據，應承左到而家都未收到，明明你地溝通問題，要我去做中間人俾證明，唔知trip.com 同間酒店誰對誰錯，應該係我錯🤔太差，1星都俾多

Ну что сказать, это самое лучший апарт по цене и качеству в Вунгтау. Лучше нет. Все квартиры однотипные с одной и той же мебелью. Мебель новая. Бассейн на крыше и барбекю площадка (правда платная).

One of the worst stays ever. The flat is dirty, the staff are unfriendly, the beach is a huge building site, the neighbours party at night and no help is given. The sauna is broken and they just make excuses like women's sauna is cold and men's sauna is hot because women and men are different. I have never experienced anything so bad. They take the tourists' money out of their pockets and treat the guests like dirt. Guests are allowed to be loud and behave however they want and every complaint is ignored. Never again!!! I can only advise against it!

Very bad experience. Location is far from center, nothing around. Beach is not as close as they mentioned. First of all you need to pay cash in advance for all your stay. When we get in the appartement, it was not cleaned. There are hairs in bathroom, on the toilet, ground, very disgusting. Table is not stable, when you put things on the table, table is shaking. Very thin poor bath towels. No shower gel and shampoo. Two places sofa with one place with big hole impossible to sit. Smell bad from the kitchen place. Small flies everywhere in the room. 2 rooms with 1 room kids room without window while we have booked for 4 adults. Very poor communication and services. Strongly Not recommend.

Riesiger wohnkomplex mit mehreren Apartments und Anbieter. Es ist anfangs verwirrend sich zurecht zu finden, welcher Eingang und welche Rezeption zu welchen Apartments gehört. Die Rezeption die nicht zu uns gehörte war sehr unfreundlich, die Hausdame von den zugehörigen Apartments dahingehend aber sehr freundlich und herzlich. Unser Apartment war schön geräumig, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Konnten sogar unsere Wäsche waschen. Equipment zum kochen war vorhanden! Ansonsten ist die Gegend nicht Touribelebt. Viele Einheimische. Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, aber teurer im Vergleich zu anderen Geschäften. Weitertransfer gestaltet sich als „schwierig“, da kaum bis keine Reisebüros. Die öffentliche Busstation ist 1,5km entfernt, die Damen und Busfahrer dort sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv. Ich glaube für Familien mit Kindern ist es eine schöne Unterkunft, schöner Pool für Kinder vorhanden. Die Aufzüge sind tatsächlich etwas nervig, vor allem wenn man es eilig hat. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht gefunden, obwohl wir nachgefragt haben. Unsere Aufzüge fuhren nicht nach oben. Ansonsten ist es zu empfehlen. Frühstück kein Highlight, wurde im Nebengebäude serviert.

This tower block of owned and rented apartments is clean modern and feels safe. They have an infinity pool that has fabulous views over the area and BBQ areas kids play area and kids pool / water play area a gym and laundry. The pool lacks pool lounge beds and seating often we could not get one and when in the pool on 2 occasions other family’s sat on our beds just moving our books sun lotion to one side even sitting on our towels and the staff did nothing to stop them even though they were right there . The staff also did nothing to stop a rather racy photo shoot that a young girl was doing where she actually lowered her bikini bottom bearing her bum for the photographer the staff just whipped out their phones and took photos - much to the itratation of a family sitting next to me with young children . But over all the building is quiet with no loud behavior that we saw. Really apart from the pool the only down side is the elevators they only stop on certain floors and it can be a pain to work out at first they also skip your floor leaving to wait over 10 minutes to get to your desired floor. And they are sooo slow . We resorted to using the freight elevator quite often. Parking costs were an issue we heard about from several people but did not use ourselves so i cant real say . The building is in a ok location a bit out of the main area but a supermarket is walkable as is a back beach ( deserted a bit dirty and not particularly nice ) and grabs are easy to get to get to restaurants but over all the area is very quiet . In our particular case we checked in late with our host meeting us personally but then she left her 8 year old son to take us to the apt and she just disappeared. He got lost at first did not speak any English and when we got to the apt it had not been cleaned only the bad made up . We managed to contact her and she told a staff member to come see it as she did not believe us . The staff member was very helpful and saw immediately that it was dirty with trash left and dishes not cleaned or vacuuming done . We had to sleep there that night but they moved us to another unit the next day by noon and did bring clean towels so we could shower. The unit had a spectacular view with 4 points of water visible -the view just went on for miles and is definitely a perk of a high floor so think about that when booking . Units tend to have have washer a kettle hairdryer etc but often don’t come completely furnished for home cooking so if you plan to do that bring your own dish clothes plates knives forks etc we had non only small bowls spoons and chop sticks and nothing to wash or dry the dishes with and were given only 1 roll of toilet paper . Also there was no cleaning products but we were told to clean or we would be charged. Id say shop around for the best host take an apt on a high floor and you should enjoy this building and what it has to offer families for a few days
