Dịch vụ ok nhận phòng đúng giờ , giá cả hợp lý và có view ngắm ra biển rất đẹp nhưng cần thêm nhưng dịch vụ ăn sáng như buffet và tiệc ngoài trời , nhưng tôi rất ưng ý căn hộ 3 phòng ngủ tại đây có đầy đủ nội thất và có bếp nấu ăn và cả tivi máy giặt và nhà vệ sinh có trang bị máy tắm nóng lạnh

I stay at Hieu’s Homestay in Vùng Tàu, one of the apartments in The Song. The host is so rude. He DID NOT provide welcome water, let alone tea and coffee. We stay there 4 days 3 nights, only supply 2 bath towels, nothing else. Only 6 little small sachets of bath oil that expecting you last for 4 days/3 nights. What a joke. I ask for more clean bath towels, the host told me to wash myself, but they got no room to hang up the washing because the rack is full of other people’s clothes. Please see photos attached. The microwave is so so disgusting. Inserts was found in the bedroom, The bed, blankets and pillow are so stinky, around basin area. This is my worst stay ever, 3 nights is like 3 years to me.

Modern new building in a good location, close to the beach and to Lotte Mart supermarket with a very nice pool on the 36th floor. Bright and sunny studio. The only drawback is the elevators, always jam packed as people try to get in and have a foothold notwithstanding they are going up or down! You might not even able to get in! The problem is even worse on weekend as Saigon people go in horde to the beach and overcrowd each room.

Don't stay at The Sóng, Don't stay at Xuan Homestay at The Sóng. 20-60 mins wait for elevator, super overcrowded. Small appartment, not worth the price. AFTER WE POST A REVIEW of 2* on booking. The owner of Xuan Homestay contacts and really angry with me because they said they've already reduce 500k (around $21). The full story is they wanted to cheat booking system, they said they'll marked us as "absent" to not have to pay marketing fee for booking. In return, they'd reduce the room fee. We returned the money. . They said we're liar, we had bad adtitude, high horse, uneducated, (captured on Zalo). This is the first time I've been attacted like this by a customer service. This should say something about the homestay. . What bellow here is my original feedback of the homestay on ***********. __________________________ We booked an appartments of Xuan homestay more than 3 weeks priors, then suddenly 2 days before arriving, they told us that one is gone?!? They didn't even trying to contact us for that, only inform us when we remind them our arriving time. The compensation for that is a voucher for 1 drink at their cafeteria (around $1-$1.5). The Sóng has 4 elevators for each block, but 1 is locked, and those 3 left is for each separated 10 floors (2-11, 12-23, 24-36), so they told us, the defaut wait time is 30 mins. The longest time we had to wait for elevator is more than 60 mins (we had to giving up going to the beach since we couldn't wait). All our vacation plan is ruined by how ridiculous the elevator works. Not only rushing hours, we experienced that ridiculous elevator waiting time all the day 7AM-12AM. The Sóng is clever on taking photos of their appartment, it's was way smaller than how it shows on Booking. We have hard time to fit 2 persons on the bed of 2nd bedroom. 1 bedroom doesn't have air conditioner. The hallway has heavy doors separated each building, without any air ways (window). Emergency staircases is inside the building without any window. In case of fire (vacation, drunk people,... that's easy to happen), I think this will easily become a disaster. Not ever wanna stay at The Sóng again.

We would have given this a 5 star but for the constant odour of drains throughout the building from reception, in our apartment and through to the 36th floor rooftop swimming pool. The building is kept very clean and, as it's fairly new, is still in good condition. They could do with more sunbeds on the roof too. Our apartment was let through Kiwi homestay but it wasn't what we had booked and we had to pay quite a bit extra for another apartment that was actually too big and hadn't been cleaned and bedlinen not changed. We would go to the Song again, but through a different letting agent.
