Spa Resort & Hotel Vrnjačke Terme

This was the most disgusting and horrible experience. Pools are dirty, overcrowded, they don't provide towels, there's no access for you to pass with the baby stroller.. Elevator doesn't go to the first floor where wellness & spa is located, so if you are with the baby stroller like we were, good luck, you're taking steps. They ask you to pay extra to use the spa even though we asked about it on the reception it was never mentioned.. Staff, I guess is underpaid, as they don't seem to give AF about making you feel welcome, if you can find any anywhere at all.. Whole place smells like gym underwear and seems like it's not being properly taken care of.. Better pay a little bit extra and go someplace else.. this seems like an absolute cash grab.

We booked this not so cheap Hotel for the celebration of our 10yrs anniversary so it was a very special occasion for us, when we arrived at the Hotel we were greeted by Kristian the bellboy who was friendly, we were requested to pay the balance immediately when we arrived which was the first time we have experienced that, maintenance of some of the pools was said to repaired by the time we arrived but was not, dinner was awful and poor selection, the worst I have ever experienced there was no varieties and lasts from 6pm-8pm, so we had to literally run to dinner after the pool. We constantly needed to ask for towels etc, you need to carry your wet/dirty towels back to the room which was ridiculous, the lady who cleaned our room was attentive. Manager of the hotel arrogant and don't care attitude, very disappointing. Pools was warm, overall experience was unpleasant and we will not return nor recommend it, save your money go to another hotel much better options as clearly the service and happiness of the guests is not a number 1 priority to them.

Utterly horrible. We paid 50-60 euros between the two of us. On top of the already relatively high price they charged us extra for the wellness qrea with the saunas and even more for towels, not to mention a ridiculous deposit on top of all that. They didnt serve any decent drinks and it smelled like a sketchy gym. Not to mention the "changing rooms" were hideous popup stalls and we were given one small locker for the both of us. Overall, would not recomment AT ALL. A tasteless cashgrab.

This is the worst experience ever! Ever! This is rewiew to save peoples time, money and health! Inside was smelly and overcrowded. You cant put towel anywhere. Only on flor. Loud! Pools are full of people, like in soup! Dirty. And very unprofesional from host to let 500 people from outside, beside fully booked hotel. Nrver, ever again near this!

Starting off the spa center was not clean where more than half of the massage fountains didn't work. In addition to this the outside Cafe didn't have utensils for meals. What set us off the edge though was that upon entering we parked in the downstairs garage (price was no where to be written and no where did it say guests only) and were led in by a worker. Later when returning the garage was closed and we went to the reception to ask what was going on. The staff and specifically the manager were rude, inconsiderate, and arrogant. To top it off the invoice which was handed out had false information written such as name (wrong last name), check in and check out date (said I stayed overnight), room number (was not a guest at the hotel), and the issuer of the invoice was false (was a woman but on the invoice was a male name). To continue we were also overcharged at the enterence and had to pay parking 8x more than the original price. If you end up going all I have to say is good luck.

Awful experience. We paid 70 EUR (for six persons) for visiting aqua park which was promoted as aqua park with thermal water and pools with temperature between 30-36 degrees. At the entrance they said that we should buy towels because they don't provide. Inside was dark, smelly, overcrowded. Pools with temperature between 20-25 degrees. Not enough sunbeds. Loud music . Pools looked dirty. No restaurant service around the pools. There is pizza and pljeskavica but you must eat it by hands. No forks , no knives. Bad , bad service
