I did not enjoy my stay. The lady at the reception lacks client service skills. She is not friendly, has poor communication skills. During loadshedding there was no backup for us guests however there was for the staff dinning area and the kitchen,no-one cared to explain what was going on and there was no plan in place, I had to go and ask for a portable light/candle, there was none. One of the the male staff members had to run tho the tuck shop and buy a candle and a box of matches. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
