"We travelled 3 adults and 2 kids and stayed for 6 nights. Hotel location is near the sea and has an incredible swimming pool on the fifth floor. Rooms are extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of mornings items to choose from. A big thank you to Bardha who served us daily and supplied fresh squeeze orange juice. She is lovely lady. Hotel manager Paloma is also very friendly and allowed late checked out for us. We will return!"

"To start with, the bed was not made when we arrived. Then we noticed many black dirty stains on the 4 walls of the bedroom. To continue, 3 light bulbs in the bathroom were not working at all. We czlled many tomes begire someone coukd come. Then the safe had to be changed 2 times because it was not working either. The main light in the bedroom was coming from an old round shape ceiling yellow light that gives a murky atmosphere to the room. Last but not least, we could not properly lock the entrance door of our bedroom and slept completely stessed as we had to wait 24h for the handy man to fix it. After all these troubles, what strikes me the most is that nobody had the decency to present a single excuse for all these inconvenients."

"We had a totally great experience staying at Hotel Potami and will definitely be staying there again. The hotel itself is absolutely excellent, beautiful, and really reached the standards we were expecting. Grace, the manageress, is absolutely amazing, very helpful, and cheerful. She is doing a brilliant job managing the hotel, and I feel like I've made a new friend in her—she easily deserves a 5 out of 5 stars! Being a brand-new hotel, I completely understand that there are still a few adjustments to be made. The rooftop restaurant/bar wasn't functional yet during our stay, and there just needs to be a bit of improvement regarding the bathroom showers, as the water tends to flow out onto the floor. Additionally, while the rest of the staff was wonderful, the receptionist didn't come across as very friendly and could use a bit more warmth with guests. Minor growing pains aside, it is a wonderful place. I give the hotel itself a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars (or 4/5 overall), and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Himara!"

"Magnificent hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. Upon our arrival, we had a little trouble finding the car entrance to park in front of the hotel, but the front desk staff immediately guided us with great kindness. The hotel has an underground parking garage, in addition to the few spots available in front of the establishment, which is very convenient. The room was clean, modern, well-equipped, and most importantly, very well soundproofed, allowing us to enjoy very quiet nights. The staff was always available to answer our requests and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We also appreciated the gesture of allowing us to stay 30 minutes past check-out time. The location is ideal: although the hotel is slightly set back from the main road, this is a real advantage as it avoids noise pollution. It is just a few meters from the beach, in a lively area with many restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!"
