Abi's Hotel & Spa Vlore

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo io, mio marito ed i miei 2 bambini di 11 e 9 anni, camera familiare con doppia stanza superlativa, 4 stelle assolutamente reali (standard italiani), personale disponibile e capace. Pulizia impeccabile e colazione di buon livello. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!!!!

We visited Vlorë for 3 days traveling around Albania! If we had more time available, that time would have been spent at Abis! Nice staff, hugely beautiful view, and a clean and nice hotel in general! Highly recommended for both families and couples!

Alluring staying!! Perfect breakfast and kindly staff, always on point to help you whenever you needed. Highly recommaned for a realxing holiday , suitable for family and couples too. Surely will come back here , if i will be back in Vlora!!

Mein Mann und ich waren im Juli 4 Nächte Gäste in Abi‘s Hotel. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut gelegen, da es am Ende der sehr lauten und belebten Promenade ist. Das Hotel ist frischrenoviert und die Zimmer sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Auch das ist wirklich schön und groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Meerblick. Es gibt einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Strand ist sehr voll und der Sand ist leider sehr dreckig, da jeder seinen Müll liegen lässt und Zigarettenkippen werden im Sand ausgedrückt und einfach liegen gelassen. Auch das Meer war verschmutzt. :-( Das Personal ist freundlich, aber nicht gut geschult und auch nicht sehr aufmerksam. Jeden Tag gab es ein neues Problem: • Am 1. Tage bekamen wir zuerst ein falsches Zimmer, 1. Etage ohne Meerblick, statt wie gebucht 6. mit Meerblick. • Am 2. war bereits um 9.45h das Frühstück komplett leer (obwohl die Frühstückzeit bis 10.30h ging) und es dauerte sehr lange, bis sich jemand darum kümmerte die leeren Behälter aufzufüllen. Man hat sich eher um die externen Frühstücksgäste gekümmert, die extra zahlen. • Am 3. Tag funktionierte für 2 Std. die Aircondition nicht und wir hatten kein fließendes Wasser im Badezimmer. • Am 4. Tag bemerkten wir einen Strafzettel an unserem Mietwagen, dieser wurde vom Hotelpersonal geparkt. Später stellt sich heraus, dass wir bereits einen Strafzettel erhalten hatten (2 Strafzettel in 4Tagen, da die Garage noch nicht fertig renoviert war) Das Hotel versicherte uns, dass sie die Strafzettel bezahlen werden, das Geld haben wir aber bis jetzt nicht erhalten und auch auf Nachfrage habe ich keine Rückmeldung bekommen, sehr schade. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht gut genießen.

Super Hotel, staff efficient, friendly and very helpful. Hotel rooms are spacious and housekeeping super good. Breakfast was great with a good variety of good, both local and international. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. What a great Hotel.

Not worth the money! Everything started from the time when we booked a hotel through booking , where is was saying that this hotel has a FreeAirport shuttle (see screenshot), so we have started to chat with staff on booking in order to book it, they have asked for our flight details and told us that they have booked it. And then just 1 day before our arrival we have decided to write them again just to confirm that everything is okay with our transfer. AND THEN suddenly their response is that it will cost 120 EURO and asking us "should we book it" ? We were shocked, since they have confirmed it a month ago and the most important thing is that THEY HAVE NEVER mentioned that it will cost something which is the one of the most important aspects. Then after this situation happened , I've called the booking support which was not very helpful and then after booking staff called the hotel they have changed the Airport Shuttle from Free to paid. So it really sucks and feels like you've been scammed. All of the proofs are on screenshots. Guys on the reception not always wants to change your beach towels, they are asking you wether you are finished with the beach today (we were usually going to our room in the afternoon to have some rest and around 4-5pm going back to the beach), if you are telling that you are not finished yet with the beach today they are not willing to change it , even if they are wet and there is place in the room to dry them , so you have to argue and ask a couple of times to do that, again , for 1450 EURO hotel this is not okay. Also it says on booking that they have a Bathrobes in the rooms, however they do not. Breakfast which was included in the price in general was okay, however the food seems not to be very fresh, sometimes it was stinky , and smells like a soap , and there is not napkins on breakfast AT ALL. Also for SPA - with all my respect to children , I would suggest to allow the entrance to SPA from the certain age, since sometimes it's very very noisy , children are playing around, while most of the people visit SPA just to relax. We had a junior seaview room which was good, the view is great, location is also good. Staff in general was also very good and polite, no complaints here. Beach is also good. So to sum up - if it'd be 700-800 EUR hotel I wouldn't complain at all , however for 1450 EUR this is not near to worth the money.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren super schoen eingereichtet und das Essen war sehr gut. Das Personal war mega freundlich. Unsere Aussicht war ein Traum. Strand gegenueberliegend und Spa-Bereich super. Insgesamt toller Urlaub
