Regina Palm Resort

The hotel is brand new but the south of Albania is known for crystal clear waters and this hotel's beach was nowhere near that. I was suspicious why there is not a single photo of the beach on booking and when i saw the beach i understood! The only thing positive for this hotel was the food. The hotel is located in Orikum. Drymades is only 30min away so this is a waste of your vacation. I didnt know that when i booked this hotel and we had booked all inclusive! The receptionists had an excuse almost for everything and they were not nice at all. Now i see in general that they were rude to the most Kosovars! Dont fall in the trap of staying in the Building B. It is still under construction and lacks a lot of amenities! Me and 3 friends stayed at the main building which had the required amenities while my 2 other friends stayed at the building B, which lacked almost everything. The receptionists always lied them on how all the rooms dont have safes or mirrors, while we on the other building had them! Their room wasnt even cleaned when they arrived and when they asked for it to be cleaned, they said they sent someone but after 2h it wasnt cleaned at all! We went on a boat trip which you can find at the hotel advertised for 25 euros. The trip was nice but the boats get crowded and it gets really hot! The trip was from 9-6.30pm but you only get 3 hours of swimming! Get your own towels! I wanted to get them at the reception but they lied me that we will get them on our way to the boat! (They fell in their lies since my 2 friends had already gotten the towels in the reception 2 minutes ago) I would not suggest this hotel at all for future visitors since its quite expensive and you can enjoy truly the albanian south riviera elsewhere with less money!

I don't recomend this resort,because the staff and the food was horrible and disgusting.🤮🤮We were on a trip to this resort and dying to eat and the minimum they gave us was a few patatoes and a disgusting steak.please do not go to it explore new places

Our stay at Regina Palm Resort was very pleasant. The hotel has a great location right by the sea, with a fantastic view that relaxes you from the very first moment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just as they should be. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s restaurant, particularly the dinners with fresh food. The atmosphere was calm, perfect for escaping the routine. A place worth visiting for a good and relaxing vacation.
