DONT BOOK BLACK DIMOND!!! Rip off place Do Not book!!! Customer service non existent. The staff are rude. Hôtel incroyable, personnel au petits soins, installations luxueuses, restauration et bar vraiment très très bien et pas trop cher. On y a passé une semaine vraiment très sympathique en en couple avec nos 2 enfants qui ont également adoré ✅😍🇦🇱 Je vous le conseille vivement si vous venez dans la région. Le prix des chambres est vraiment très très abordable. Cet hôtel mérite largement les 4 étoiles voir un peu + sans hésitation.

I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. I came to see that it was still in construction and was woken up everyday at 8 am by the workers working on the pool. We stayed 3 nights and ordered breakfast in the room each day. Not one day did we have our rooms cleaned or plates from breakfast removed. The staff were disappointing, not improving their service in any sense after all the complaints we made. No hangers in the room, only one towel per person in the room, and each time we showered the whole bathroom flooded. Truly doesn’t even deserve one star. After all the complaints the manager offered us a 5 euro discount.

Hotel esteticamente carino ma ancora in fase di definizione per quanto riguarda la struttura. Ci hanno cambiato la camera per problemi al bagno dopo aver cercato di risolverli per più di 48ore. Il servizio e il relativo personale risultano pessimi. Non sono riusciti ad organizzarsi per rifarci la stanza e la colazione presenta un buffet che viene rifornito dopo ore…. Abbiamo cenato la sera senza tovaglioli e non sono arrivate delle portare! Un disastro soprattutto se valutiamo le 4 stelle. Altra cosa: avevamo prenotato la camera vista mare ma … non era disponibile!

Allora innanzi tutto non mi va di criticare una struttura nuova appena partita e ancora in rodaggio, chi compra una Maserati o qualsiasi altra vettura nuova prima di avere delle prestazioni eccezionali deve attendere 10.000 km percorsi, ho fatto l'esempio perché l'hotel è alla sua partenza. Camere grandi e veramente spaziose e confortevoli bagni top come pure gli accessori, ascensori e parecheggio ampio, posizione panoramica, piscina ampia e funzionale estetica arredamento essendo io un architetto e designer, gradevole. Veranda ampia con bar funzionale personale giovane ed educato parlano anche italiano, colazioni varia ma aggiungerei qualche dolce in più e yogurt, miele, e tostapane, da migliorare arricchire, sparerei zona fumatori da chi non fuma e starei più attento ai dettagli come ad esempio bambini farli giocare in appositi spazi. Prezzo ottimo a notte per una struttura da 4 stelle e facile da raggiungere, servizio navetta presente, il personale oggi è un problema per chiunque anche in Italia i ragazzi vanno a lavorare fuori per guadagnare di più nella stagione e il problema non è solo in Albania ma ovunque, mi sento di incoraggiate questa struttura e di attendere che finisca il rodaggio e vada a gonfie vele, avanti ragazzi il futuro e dietro l'angolo, fiducia e forza di volontà e sarete un 4 stelle top già dalla prossima stagione.

The worst possible experience at a 4 star hotel. No beach views even though I paid for it. Staff is incredibly unhelpful, random prices at the restaurant. No gym or spa as one of the big reasons I picked the hotel for. Beach is 2km away not 600m A ton of better places literally everywhere else in Dhermi, not to mention the very shady ways of payment where they made a mistake on…
